F46. Aragorn told Frodo not to lay aside the mithril coat “even in sleep, unless fortune brings you where you are safe for a while”. After dwelling in Lothlorien for some days, Frodo begins to wonder whether here, at last, is a land safe enough for him to take off the mithril mail.

This bunny was adopted and raised by:
Mordelhin;
Safe for a While (rating: R)

F47. On their last night in Lothlorien, the eight remaining members of the Fellowship debated “what they should do, and how it would best to attempt the fulfilling of their purpose with the Ring; but they came to no decision”. Write this conversation.

F48. The long days of paddling down the Anduin bring aches and blisters to the hobbits’ hands -- some worse than others.

F49. Sam sat through the entire Council of Elrond without saying a single word, and most likely not fully understanding everything he heard. What was he thinking about? How did he view the participants, and did he anticipate Frodo’s decision before anyone else?

F50. Bilbo took very few things with him when he left the Shire, but his mithril mail and Sting were among them... he obviously valued them highly. How did he decide to give them to Frodo? Was it a difficult decision?

F51. A few days after the Council, Frodo finally gets the opportunity to speak with Elrond privately, and thank him for saving his life. What is Frodo’s impression of this elf lord whom he had only heard about from Bilbo’s stories?

This bunny was adopted and raised by:
Aromene; An Elven Lord of Old

F52. Did any of the Nine Walkers wonder why they had to walk to Mordor, and not ride? Did anyone object, or think it was an impractical idea?

F53. Before the Company begins to climb Caradhras, Boromir says that he knows something of “journeys in the high places.” When were these journeys, and what did he learn from them of cold and heights?

F54. Pippin, seeing Aragorn pull bandages from his pack after Frodo is injured in Moria, begins to wonder what else the Ranger has in that bulky pack.

F55. In Lorien, Aragorn says that he will now “sleep without fear for the first time since I left Rivendell.” What has he been thinking about each night, as he fell asleep? What are the many things he feared, and how did he feel he would face each test as it came? Did he ever talk about these fears with anyone?

F56. During the encounter with the Nazgul on the Anduin, Frodo feels a deadly chill in his shoulder for the first time since his wounding. Does anyone notice? Does anyone offer comfort or insight?

F57. Donated bunny from Lindelea1:
When approaching Farmer Maggot's house, Pippin tells Frodo that the good farmer is a good friend of Merry’s. How did this come about?

F58. When the Fellowship arrives in Lórien, Haldir tells them that only some of the Elves dwelling there speak tongues other than their own. But even those who understand Westron find it challenging to understand Pippin's 'Tookish' accent.

F59. When Glorfindel met the hobbits and Strider on the way to Rivendell, and searched Frodo’s wound with his fingers, Frodo felt warmer and the pain lessened. What did Glorfindel feel? Did the other hobbits see or sense anything unusual happening?

F60. When Haldir greets the Fellowship for the first time, he says, “We had not heard of hobbits, or halflings, for many a long year, and did not know that any yet dwelt in Middle-earth.” What stories did the elves know about hobbits? In what way does Haldir find them different than he had imagined they would be? Do the hobbits ever ask him to tell them the old tales about halflings?
