Welcome to the page that is designed to make your pre-service teaching experience just that little bit easier. A number of unit plans, lesson plans and informational word documents have been gathered here, as well as a number of useful weblinks - we particularly recommend that you take a look at the Queensland Teachers Resource Centre (developed by Clinton Paterson of the University of Qld), which contains resources and guidelines for most subject areas. During your practicums, you will also have to develop a portfolio, an integral part of your final portfolio (if you are going for an interview with Education Qld) will be your analysis of the four selection criteria by which Education Qld expect teachers to model their teaching approaches and philosophy of teaching.
