The futon is sitting in the west loft. There are three lofts all together, north, south and west. We have more lofts than bedrooms but the lofts will double as sleeping areas. We did this to make the beams visible. The upstairs is very open.
Well, as of March 1st we moved into the house. As you can see we are "camping out". Aren't the kitchen cupboards nice. The center island is also tempoary but I did install the dishwasher. I installed a laundry sink so that we would have a place to wash out the paint brushes and rollers.
This is the guest bedroom which is almost finished. I am waiting for the interior doors to be delivered. Also, I need to trim out the window and a few odds and ends.
This area is finished. The view is standing on the loft that overlooks the great room. Yes, that is snow on the pine tree outside the window. We had a little ove 30 inches in one day, but its gone now. The forest really needed the water as it was very dry.
