Some time has passed since I last put pictures on the web. I have been busy finishing all of the interior doors and the windows. This picture shows the door to the guest bathroom.
Last week I received the materials for the railings on the second floor. Since we were using boxes as temporary railings and I had to remove them, I had to bust my butt to get the railings installed but here is the result. Sandy also had a neighbor over to help in placing pictures and other decorations.
This is a view of the railing that overlooks the great room. The railings are made of red oak to match the timbers.
