concepts presented from a secular viewpoint.As such, a study of the Bible was conducted to gain a Biblical and Christian understanding of the information covered. A survey was conducted to try to gain support of a cultural diversity education program to be implemented on a voluntary basis. A personal testimony has been included to illustrate the need for such a program to be implemented so that the saints can be better equipped to minister to individuals in the inner city. Five of twelve individuals that were given a chance to complete the survey responded. Eighty percent of the individuals stated that this would be a positive step for the ministry to pursue. The other twenty percent responded that issues of the heart were more important and that this type of education should take place in the home. Unfortunately, such steps are sometimes not taken in the home and someone must step up to the bat and take these issues to heart. Included here is a recommendation to implement a cultural diversity-training program for individuals in the ministry that choose to accept it. The cultural diversity education program will adhere to the guidelines listed in the Bible and how Christians should act in regards to such issues.
My hopes and prayers involve living in a world where the only thing that matters is a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, the only Begotten Son of God.
