Looking at what other churches and ministries have done as far as issues concerning racism we can easily come to the following conclusion:

As Christians, we are not exempt from the struggle of trying to come to terms with multiculturalism and the role it should play, if any, in our personal, professional, and spiritual lives.  Unfortunately, we as believers have at times been less than willing to enter the debate over multiculturalism (Allen, 1).

However, the survey conducted suggested that the ministry take a look at whether a cultural diversity education program could serve as a partial answer to problems concerning racism.  This can bee seen as evidence because when asked for support of a cultural diversity educational program only three responded:  sixty-six percent responded yes the ministry should do so or have some kind of access to do so if the option was voluntary, thirty-three percent responded that is should be done through the home.

From the survey one individual can be quoted as saying,

If they have not been exposed to different races, they may feel awkward around them inferior, superior.  They may not know where the opposite race is coming from.  Sometimes people make generalizations about people and races that are not correct.  Wrong generalizations, bad past experiences with different cultures might impede ministry.  Understanding race and culture is one way of understanding those we minister to.

Another individual said, That [education] can be used as a tool for the Christian in showing the affects of hatred, prejudice, whatever, and turn it to a positive outcome.  Everyone is affected by race problems, and it starts with each individual to change it.  Another individual stated, If someone feels that he/she would better serve knowing where a person of a different culture comes from, how that individual was raised, then I think it should be made available.
