Veggie Car Conversion Instructions
This section provides step by step instructions on how to convert your car.  It walks you thorough in a logical manor that should be easy to follow.  Read through a couple times to understand the work then to identify the parts and locations.
Filter and Valve Bracket Assembly and Mounting
This section describes how to create a bracket to mount the veggie filter assembly and the valves to the car.  It involves the fabrication of a metal bracket, some drilling and some tapping
Coolant System Installation
Part 1: Tips, Warning and Preperation
Part 2: Cutting into the existing coolant lines and cutting the holes in the floor
Part 3: Running the coolant hoses and mounting the brackets
Part 4: More brackets, hose protection, test run and finish work
These 4 links break down the main body of work for the coolant system. Installing the coolant hoses is the most work and takes the most time.  It involves running two line from the engine compartment to the trunk and one inside the engine compartment.  To do this you will need to drain the coolant, cut into existing coolant lines, drill holes in the car, remove some of the interior components, mount some brackets and assemble some brass fittings.
Electrical Component Wiring
This section describes where to route the wires and where to connect to power and ground for the fuel valves, veggie level gauge, fuel switch, and level sending unit. The wiring diagrams should be referenced in the Greasecar.com manual.
Fuel Hose Plumbing
This section describes the components and where to find them.  It should be used in conjunction with the Greasecar manual and does not include diagrams.
