Golf and Tennis Facilities in Tenerife are superb.
Golf:
The excellent Tenerife climate ensures that you can play and improve your golf every day of the year and at any level. This golf friendly island is rapidly becoming the migration point for golfers from all over the world between the months of October and May. For a small fee you can rent your golf equipment at every club. In most of the clubs you'll find a very casual atmosphere. No club requires a membership.
Entertaining non-golfers in Tenerife is not a problem. Whatever your level, in Tenerife you can enjoy playing good golf courses, in sunshine and sub-tropical warmth, every day of your holiday. The new Playa Las Americas course is excellent, a challenging 9 hole course within 500 meters of the beach. Other places where you can play golf at the South of Tenerife:  Golf Del Sur,  Los Palos Golf,  Golf Adeje and  Amarilla Golf.  Golf Club Real at the North of Tenerife

Inline Skating, Skateboarding A popular sport with young residents of Tenerife. Ramps in Playa Las Americas (near Stadium) and El Medano. Street skating and boarding all around.

Karting (7 km from Los Cristianos) Karting Club Tenerife, 5 different models of Karts for an exciting ride. 3 different circuits: Children's - Choppers - Competition & Formula. Bar Cafeteria - Billiards - Scalextric - Viewing Terrace. Situated just off Motorway on road Guaza  Las Chafiras.

Bowls (Costa del Silencio) Open every day from 9 am until dark. Carpet surface, outdoor, 6 ring, 1 hr sessions. 10 pin in Las Americas

Hang Gliding Available in Playa Las Americas. Hang gliding club run by experienced instructors.

Snorkel and Scuba
A full range of Scuba courses from beginner level to instructor level is available from several clubs.

 Surfing El Medano, has hosted the world windsurfing championship. A windsurfer's paradise with almost constant wind. Rigs can be hired at El Medano and Las Americas, which also has a windsurfing centre and daily lessons. Longboard and bodyboard surfers can hire surfing boards in Las Americas.

Jeep Safari are available both in Tenerife and La Gomera. 6 seat open top jeeps are used. You will visit Mount Teide and forest's of Tenerife, so take a warm clothing. Those in the party that are over 21 years of age can drive if they have their driving licence.

Sea Trips Jolly Roger - Meridian - Ons de Mars - Catamaran - Ketch's many sea trips are available to see Whales and Dolphins, also for sightseeing off coast. Cruises are 2 hrs - 5 hrs and 6 hrs.

Whale Safaris Trips to visit Pilot Whales of Tenerife. Other species are seen during migration periods. Crews experienced on where to locate Whales and Dolphins. Cruises range between 2 and 6 hours.

Submarine Trip Yellow Submarine. Trips daily each takes about  45-50 minutes for an underwater trip off the island. Several trips per day.

Lucha Canaria:
Lucha Canaria is a fight between 2 Men in a Ring, in which the winner is the one that manages to make his opponent touch the floor with any part of the body (except the feet of course).
A Game is normally played between 2 teams of 12 fighters each. The winner team is the one that eliminates all players of the opponent team. By each important public event they played this game and with the time it winned more and more followers. Since its origins the "Lucha Canaria" maintained different characteristics of the older natives: Nobility and simplicity, ability and suppleness, as well as admiring the winner and respecting the defeated.
