I'm a professional musician, singer, composer, and arranger and I am available for
sessions playing in a wide variety of musical genres. I have an album release called
"Dreamstate" , and you can download a sample wav. file
of one of the songs from my Music and Recordings
homepage.
I own and engineer "The Art of Music" sound studio in the
Puna district of Hawaii. I help singer/songwriters as well as bands to record their
original music in a professional environment with the latest in technological
musical equipment.

I write poetry and have participated in the Southeastern U.S. regional
Poetry Slam as a member of the Roanoke, VA team. Some of
my poetry posted on these pages has been published on other websites as well as some
local print publications. I have a poem published in the Noble
House poetry edition entitled Theater of the Mind.
My poem called Wild Eyes is the very first poem in the book.
They are also due to publish a poem of mine entitled The Poetry Of
Love in an upcoming book of poetry. I have some poetry in the anthologies of
poetry published by the International Library of Poetry and
Poetry.com. My poem, Dancing In Our
Dreams, is in their Winter 2001 edition, entitled "Nature's
Echoes". I have also more recently had a poem published by
Poetry.com in their edition entitled "Letters From the Soul"
. The poem is called Wild Eyes and in a later
publication entitled, "Eternal Portraits" with my poem,
"Alphabetical Musings". Also published by Poetry.com has been
my poem, Blue Moonlit Shadow. These three poems were also
chosen to be on spoken word CD's. Also previously published is a poem featured in the
Spring 2001 edition of "The Poet's Feast", a publication of
Velvet Touch Press in Roanoke. In '05, I am now in Poetry.com's
International Who's Who In Poetry with a poem entitled
A Journey Back To Living Truth. Also newly published is
my poem Has It Been That Long by Famous
Poets.com in their upcoming Great Poems of the Western World.
I've been invited to participate in their "Poet of the Year" Award Ceremony upcoming
this fall of 2005 in Reno, NV.

I'm currently living in Puna on the big island of Hawaii. I have also lived in Floyd County,
VA. Floyd has many "intentional communities" and a wonderful extended community of folks. I
landed there in early '92 and felt "right at home". There's a kinship experienced that is
rare in most places I experience. I have lived on and off in community living situations and
this is often my chosen lifestyle. At the moment I am actively pursuing the dream of creating
community with a group of other like-minded souls to manifest a place where folks can live
close to the land and to each other in new and vibrant ways. We own 89 acres of land near
Pahoa in the Puna district on the island of Hawaii. If you'd like to know more about

I go every year to the national
Rainbow Gatherings. For the uninitiated, these gatherings
take place in a different national forest each year where thousands of us pitch tents,
sometimes stay for weeks (or longer), participate in workshops, trade at the trading
circle (no money is exchanged at the gathering), play music by the bonfires at night,
help in the communal kitchens, and generally create moments of magic amongst our
kinfolk... the depth of what one personally experiences at one of these gatherings is
indescribable for the most part. I have met many a fine friend and eagerly anticipate
meeting them again each year at this gathering of the tribes. People come from all
over the country and sometimes other parts of the world and have been coming since
1972, when the first gathering took place in the mountains of Colorado.
Since the 1970's, I've been studying the voluminous data available on the
subject of the existence of humanoid life outside of our own terrestrial
species. My conclusions steadfastly lead me to see, through a strong body
of evidence, that indeed there is the likelihood of many races of beings
that populate the cosmos. My studies have also led me to believe there is
a consistent and clandestine coverup by government/military forces to
suppress, deny, and deliberately falsify any information regarding the
existence of extra-terrestrial beings or their spacefaring craft. This is a
webpage I put together to help others get in touch with the information I've
seen on the Internet having to do with the Ufo/Gov't.
Cover-up Connection. I feel that being aware
of this secret history is of utmost importance, not just to me, but to the
welfare of humanity as a whole. The more I read and study this phenomenon,
the stronger my conviction that the eventual exposure of this far-reaching
web of deceit will lead to vast liberation from governmental excesses and
oppression. It's not just time for our leaders to come clean about how much
is kept from the general public concerning our own welfare but for the
people themselves to recognize that all is not well with the state of affairs
concerning the governance of nations and its populations. Information and
knowledge are the great liberators and the Internet is a service provider to
all of humanity in this way. The more we become aware of the injustices that
abound, the sooner we can do something about them. You'll find a link to a

There is a movement for calendar reform going on around the world and it is closely
aligned with the peace movement. The Gregorian calendar, of which now governs our
timekeeping, was designed not for the observance of regular cycles throughout the year
but to confuse people with highly irregular monthly periodicities. In the Gregorian
calendar, the 9th month is named for the number 7, the 10th month is named for the
number 8, the 11th month is named for the number 9, the 12th month is named for the
number 10 and The 1st, 7th and 8th months are named after Roman emperors. Some of our
weekdays are named after ancient gods of war. I've been studying the Mayan cosmology,
including the Mayan calendar known as the
Tzolkin. This calendar has a periodicity of 260 days,
containing all possible permutations of 13(tones) by 20(glyphs). The Mayans also had a
lunar calendar of thirteen 28 day cycles plus one day out of time and a
solar calendar of 364.242036 days - with an astonishing accuracy of less than 3/10,000ths
of 1 day less than the presently accepted measurement of the completion of one rotation
of the Earth around the Sun. The 260 day calendar was the sacred calendar and coincided
with galactic and earthly synchronous rhythms. Each day had a certain quality depending
on the combination of a Tone and a
Glyph. Dr. Arguelles studied and reinterpreted these to create the Dreamspell
Calendar - a modern, updated version of the classic Mayan sacred calendar. For more

I have a web page devoted entirely to Quotes
of authors of my favorite books. Most of what you'll find here is of a
philosophic and spiritual nature, which, for me, is often the most sensible,
practical, and inspiring reminders of the principles of living a balanced life.
These are all culled from an ongoing notebook I have been keeping for years. I
often look them over myself to remember how precious life really is. Think of
it like shell collecting; looking for little pearls of wisdom like beautiful
shells that please the eye. Come down to the shores by the trails of the sage

I published
a webpage on my idea for innovative travel of the future via
Hovercraft controlled by a Global Positioning Satellite, more commonly known by its
acronym - the GPS. Hovercraft don't need roads to ride upon; they glide through the air.

Tibetan monks from the Gaden Jangtse monastery visited the
Roanoke/Blacksburg area of southwestern Virginia in January of 1998. I was fortunate
enough to be able to host them for six days. The opportunity of having them here was
a life-changing experience. They had three sold-out shows and we're ready to see them
again. I await their return to infuse their unique signature of wisdom and balance in
the Western World. To find out more about their unique presentation, check out my

I once again have been given the fortunate experience to host monks from Tibet
here in southwest Virginia. The monks of the Tashi Lhunpo
monastery presented their sacred monastic performance on October 26th, 2002 at the Unity
Church of Roanoke. I was asked to help facilitate bringing them to Roanoke because of my
previous experience in having them here a few years back. The monks had heard of me from
the previous visit of the Gaden Jangtse monastery and presented to me in their ceremony at
the church a white silk scarf, a woven wallhanging, and some Tibetan herbal medicine. 
I've written a webpage that is a music tutorial with sound. You can hear
intervals, scales, and chords played via MIDI files. The page is far from exhaustive in
its scope but it might just help you to begin to understand the underlying concepts of

Here you'll find
the story of the Elberon Ranch, a 30 some acre nature preserve and horse
farm in the heart of the city of Long Branch, NJ. It was a commune style residence for many of us
who lived there over the years. A legend on the Jersey Shore and a haven for local musicians,
including some now famous ones, the Ranch has now been bulldozed by a building developer. I lived
there for over 7 years in the '80's and '90's. You can see some pictures of this magical haven and
read about its history. The Ranch's existence is now threatened by commercial development. There
are many who would like to see this remain undeveloped and used instead for a city park to be
enjoyed by everyone.
