EARTH CHANGES
This is a page to talk about the coming so-called "earth changes". These are
the shifts that will happen and have happened at key moments in this planet's
evolutionary journey. These shifts, or quakes, can affect our climate,
geologic activity, geomagnetic forces, volcanic activity, ocean temperatures,
polar ice cap melting, ozone layer of the atmosphere, ionospheric protective
layers, ocean levels, Schumann frequency of the Earth, magnetic pole
orientation, and other effects of potentially catastrophic proportions. In
addition to these terrestrial quakes, there are corresponding human quakes,
manifesting in emotional instabilities, cultural paradigm shifts, societal
breakdowns, imbalances of natural order leading to increased environmentally
borne pathogens causing diseases, sicknesses, and a more toxic environment.
We are close to the "end times" spoken about in many of the world's cultural
traditions and heritage, and foretold by prophets both old and new. The more
we become aware of the situation of our world, and by that I mean the world
in front of our face as well as the entire body of Gaia in all its many forms,
the better we can move through this incredible journey the Earth is about to
undertake. Instead of seeing this "Transition Period" as a dark moment to be
feared, it could serve us well to let go of anticipated stressful coping and
trust in the Universe that provides us with exactly what is needed. We are
children of the One Source, known by so many names.
Geomagnetic Field of the Earth
The geomagnetic field of this planet has been growing weaker very gradually
for about 2000 years. It was at about 4 gauss then and about 500 years ago
started dropping down at a quicker rate. Right now the geomagnetic field
measures at a mere .4 gauss. The field has also become erratic and is
affecting the migratory paths of many species that rely on internal senses
tuned in to the geomagnetic lines of force that have been stable for thousands
of years. Birds are now going to the wrong locations and whales and dolphins
are beaching themselves because the lines now move into land where they did
not before. Talk to someone from Virginia Beach and ask them about the now
common sighting of dolphins offshore. For two weeks in September of 1994, the
geomagnetic field wobbled erratically. Airlines were forced to land their
aircraft manually. It returned to normal but then from June through November
of 1996, there was a more severe wobble of the magnetic field with a compass
change from 2 degrees to a staggering 17 degree change of direction within a
twenty-four hour period. At one point, the South Pole was actually somewhere
off the coast of California for a few hours. If you check the aeronautical
maps for any major airport prior to June of 1996 and then compare it to newer
ones, you'll find that magnetic north has been changed, which means that the
South Pole has moved. In the past few months, the Earth has once again began
to exhibit signs of a magnetic field wobble. This could have potentially
devastating consequences for the Earth's geologic stability. We could see
earthquakes of unprecedented magnitude. In 1998, the number of earthquakes
had doubled from the previous year.
Volcanic Activity in 1999
Volcanoes have been going off with increasing regularity. Mt. St. Helens
in Washington State is currently active. Mt. Ranier appears to be close
to a possible eruption. Mt Popocatepetl in Mexico is very active at the
present time and has been erupting for about a year. The ground is so hot
in the area surrounding the volcano for many miles that rubber soled
sneakers will melt right off your feet. There have been reports of trees
spontaneously combusting from the high temperature of the earth. This means
the temperature must be well over 400 degrees farenheit! Mt. St. Helens is
receiving in excess of 170 earthquake tremors daily. In June of 1998,
a volcano, Pacaya, erupted near Guatemala City. An underwater volcano is
presently forming underwater off the coast of California. This west coast
of the Americas forms a part of what is known as the "Pacific Ring of Fire".
This crosses the Pacific north and south of the equator and extends to Japan,
Indonesia and the Islands of the South Seas. It is where the tectonic plates
forming the continents collide with one another and the upwelling of magma
from the earth's mantle forms volcanoes.
Predictions
A well-known psychic, Gordon Michael Scallion, who recently successfully
predicted the eruption of Mt. Etna, has made a bold prediction in saying that
he foresaw the Pacific Ring of Fire ready to blow wide open. He is saying
San Francisco may be hit with an earthquake with a magnitude of 12! That's
far beyond anything we've seen in the recorded history of that state. He has
detailed maps he's called the "I Am America" maps of what the country will
look like after the earth changes. Scallion states in not so many years,
California will be
no more than a few scattered islands, the west coast will extend as far
inland as Colorado. The Mississippi River will have drained into the Gulf of
Mexico, which will extend far into the central part of of the midwestern
states.
Edgar Cayce, one of the world's leading psychics, stated in trance
that the Pyramid at Giza in Egypt had a timeline encoded within the
architecture of the structure. He said the time line began at the dawn of
civilization and ended in the year 1998! He said this was to be a year of
profound change in human history. He predicted nearly 60 years ago that the
Earth would go through a pole shift in the winter of 1998. This has not come
to pass at the time predicted but some scientists still caution a pole shift
is a natural event that happens periodically on this planet and we could very
well be due for the next one to occur.
Fooling around with the calculator one day I found some interesting
mathematical relationships with the factors of the number 1998. If you
multiply 3, the number of the trinity of the Christian Bible with the
number of "the Beast" in the Revelations of John of Patmos, 666, the sum is
1998. Almost as if this were the time of the showdown between God and the
Devil or the battle between the forces of good and evil/ light and dark.
Could this be the beginning of the dreaded Armageddon? Also, as the
following table shows, there are some other curious properties of this
unique number. Very curious, indeed; perhaps a mere coincidence but I
can't help thinking of Carl Jung's concept of "meaningful coincidence".
There may be more here than meets the eye. If you find anything else

The Hopi Indians have gone to the United Nations council and have spoken
about their native prophecies. These have been revealed because the end
times are upon us, according to their tradition and signs that have been made
manifest to them. One of these was the birth of a white buffalo, which was
born in the northern US not very long ago. They have made it known that by as
early as October through December of 1998, we might enter into the Fifth
World of the Native American peoples.
The Mayan prophecies state that the world as we know it comes to an end in
the year 2012. Their calendar stops at this date and goes no further. In the
book known as "The Bible Code", the world stands in peril of being destroyed
also in this same year. This book speaks about an Israeli mathematician who
purportedly has cracked the mathematical puzzle hidden within the text of the
Bible. The Bible itself states that this code would not be revealed until the
end times.
The Polar Ice Caps and Global Warming
The South Pole ice is melting into the ocean. There are three volcanoes under
the polar ice cap that have been active now for many years. A few years ago an 800
square mile chunk of ice broke off, the largest on record. In 2004, there
is another large piece that has broken off. It's called Larsen's Ledge B and is
about the size of Connecticut. The total size of the Larsen B Ice Shelf is more
than all the previous ice that has been lost from Antarctic ice sheets in the
past two decades. The aboriginal tribes of Australia say they believe a huge
tidal wave is coming soon and many have now headed for the center of the
continent. There is unequivocal evidence that greenhouse gases are increasing
in the atmosphere. Since the industrial revolution, the level of carbon dioxide
alone has risen from 280ppm (parts per million) to 350 ppm. According to recent
statistics we are 6 degrees warmer than the average and this is the largest
increase in a single period ever. In researching the
information available on global warming, it is hard to conclude just what the
climatological trend really is. All manner of experts and data seem to point in
both directions. I could not find agreement on this issue of whether we were
headed for another ice age or desertification of the planet. Some computer
climate models show that increased global temperatures would partially melt
polar ice sheets and raise sea level. Other models show that rising
temperatures would stimulate increased precipitation that would, in turn,
increase the size of ice sheets. Modern science cannot always be trusted to
provide answers to the complexities of planetary systems.
Space Changes
On December 14th. 1997, an explosion was detected in deep space. About
12 billion light-years away, this explosion was calculated by our present
understanding of physical laws to contain an amount of energy equal to
all of the matter within the universe itself. It would have been equal to
the amount of energy released 1/1000 of a second after the Big Bang.
According to the laws of physics as we currently know them, this is an
impossibility. To add even further confusion, this event has repeated
itself over 2000 more times! It's as if our universe just birthed 2000
more universes within itself. Since this time, our own Milky Way galaxy
has been pumping huge amounts of energy from its central core. Some
scientists are saying that this may have been the cause of the recent
loss of the "beeper" sattelite and that if this continues, we may
eventually lose all our orbiting sattelites.

The Sun
Sometime between 1992 and 1994, the Sun went from having a
magnetic North and South Pole to having a uniformly homogenous
magnetic field. The Sun no longer had a north and south pole
and there is absolutely no scientific explanation or precedent
for such an occurrence. In June of 1998, the Sun erupted in two
rings of solar flares, 30 to 35 in all, at 19.5 degrees north
and south of its equator. They are currently still in place as
of this writing. This is also yet another unheard of phenomenon
with no rational scientific explanation forthcoming.
The 19.5 latitude is where the interlocking tetrahedrons cross
the sphere of the Sun. On Earth, these latitudes are where most
of the world's sacred sites occur, including the pyramids at
Giza. On the surface of Mars, the Cydonia region, where the
"Face on Mars" and the pyramidal structures are located, is
also on the 19.5 degree latitude. On Jupiter, it is where the
orbiting storm, that is its most dominating feature, lies; the
so-called "great red spot". This many solar flares will cause
tremendous magnetic storms and that is just beginning to happen.
NASA had announced that it has lost its Sun sattelite, SOHO.
Further, according to Gregg Braden, the solar proton flux which
is measured in PUI rose to about 2500 PUI in the late 1980's. The
scientific community was very concerned about this much energy
reaching the earth. Do you know what it was in the early part of
1999? 42,000 PUI! No one is saying anything. What can they say?
Another sun sattelite, GEOS-9, went down. A magnetic storm in
July of '98 went off the scale. The magnetometer is scaled from
1 to 200; the storm registered over 200!

Pole Shift
The Earth reveals a geologic record in the magnetic orientation
of its strata which tells us the magnetic poles have shifted
numerous times in our past. From the evidence, it seems that
when the poles do shift, it happens in a relatively short span
of time. At the end of the Permian period, 98% of all life
disappeared off the face of the planet. Winds can temporarily
reach speeds in excess of 1,000 miles per hour due to atmospheric
displacement. Volcanic activity increases many-fold, the atmosphere
becomes choked with dust and sunlight is greatly diminished.
Earthquakes will also occur with much greater frequency and the
tectonic plates will have to do a lot of readjusting. The earth's
position in space in relation to the sun will change and this will
cause the ecological, climatological, and environmental conditions
to be radically altered. Most indigenous plant and animal life will
be severely affected by these changes and many areas will become
inhospitable to the sustainability of present day ecosystems. The ice
at the poles could melt, raising the oceans' levels and flooding all
the coastal areas around the world, where most of the earth's
populations reside. The last pole shift, as evidenced by recent
geological studies in Greenland and Iceland of ice core samples, may
have occurred in 9500 BC. This is, historically, the time when Atlantis
was supposed to have disappeared due to earthquakes and rising ocean
levels. Sometime between 1999 and 2000, the equatorial planes of the
earth, the sun and the galaxy are in alignment. This occurs only
4 times within a 26,000 year cycle known as the precession of the
equinoxes. The last time this occurred was in 9500 BC.
"On May 5th in the year 2000, our moon, the planets Mercury, Venus,
our Sun, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are aligned with the earth,
significantly increasing the centrifugal momentum exerted on the
earth's crust. On that day, the ever growing ice build up at the
South Pole will upset the earth's axis -- sending trillions of tons
of ice and water sweeping over the surface of our planet." (as
quoted by Richard Noone, National Geographic reporter)
These are predictions of Richard Kieninger:
"The crust is again out of a state of equilibrium; the continental
arches are right for buckling; and the ice caps, though much smaller,
are unbalanced. The trigger this time, however, will be from an outside
source. On May 5 of the year 2000 A.D. the planets of the Solar System
will be arrayed in practically a straight line across space, and our
planet will be subjected to enough gravitational distortion to tip
the delicate balance."
