The
King L
The
King L is the backbone of the novelty spliff arsenal. The extra paper
allows for an abnormally phat cone while the added length gives you a
smoother, cooler smoke.
Stick two papers together
like so. The diagram shows a slanted L, personally I prefer a straight
L (i.e. the papers are at right angles to each other) but the choice
is up to you.
When rolling, stick
down the first paper before making an attempt of the L part, then
wrap it up and spark the beastie.

Multiple Skinz
Multiple skin joints are
pretty impressive and are seriously smooth but they are a complete
bastard to roll (unless you have fingers which are
half a foot long of course).
Start by sticking
two papers together so they overlap by about 1/4cm.
Now, take a third
paper and fold it in half, leaving the gummed strip on the outside.
Wet the glue on both
sides and sandwich it between the two papers you already have. Before
the glue dries pull out the third paper and toss it away (it
helps if you hold the two rizlas together when you take the third
out to stop them coming apart). The gum it left behind should
be enough to stick the remaining two papers together.
Now, roll the joint
as normal, blaze it up and enjoy!

The
Tulip
The Tulip is an Amsterdam
speciality, often found (usually half-smoked)
in the hands of unconscious tourists. Although the Tulip is in the novelty
spliff section (for experts only) it is infact surprisingly easy to make
(because there is in fact no rolling action at all).
First you'll need
to make a roach (if you can call it that). Rip the entire top of
a rizla packet off and wrap it round a pencil, then wrap a rizla
round it to hold it in shape.
Stick two papers together
to form a square with a bit of sticky on one side.
Fold corner A over
to corner B to form a triangle, leaving the gummed strip uncovered.
Wet the strip and
fold it over to seal the triangle. You should now have something
resembling a flattened paper cone.
Open up the cone and
tightly pack it with layers of carefully blended mix of surprising
potency.
Gently crimp together
the excess paper at the end of the cone.
Place the roach type
thing in the centre of the cone, using the crimped paper to hold
it in position.
Finally, secure the
roach by tying thread around the crimped paper (a rubber band works
well too) to keep everything as tight as possible.

Windmill
A smoke-cooling chamber
and multiple joint holder, the Windmill is designed to get you spinning
in the breeze. Although it's tricky to make, the holder can be used time
and time again.
Roll a wide cone from
a 10cm x 10cm piece of cardboard. Secure it with tape then trim
the end to form a perfect cone.
Seal the cone with
two large papers stuck together in a multiple-skin-type way, leaving
3cm of excess paper at the end, as shown.
Carefully make four
cross cuts at regular intervals around the end of the cone.
Make two long, narrow
roaches, about half the length of a pencil, and seal them with papers.
Remove a section from
the centre of each of the two roaches.
Insert the two segments
so that the cut-outs are completely inside the cone and facing it's
narrow end. Seal any gaps with tape, gummed strips or something
(use your initiative, that's what rolling is all about).
Seal the end of the
windmill with the excess paper, using thread or tape. To use the
windmill, roll the numbers of your choice around the protruding
roaches and enjoy a four-way smoke of quixotic proportions.

King Chilla
This is the biggest, baddest,
bastard spliff you are ever likely to see. A mysterious beast whose sheer
size ensures that you will not remember anything of the previous night,
only wake up in the morning with a distinct lack of ganja and a warm fuzzy
feeling that may persist for days. It takes some effort to make a good
chilla, but it's well worth the wait. Lightweights need not apply.
Roll
a wide cone from very large piece of cardboard and secure it with
tape.
Try and get the roach end
about 1cm across (and yea it will need a big roach) and the cone end about
3-5cm across. Now, wrap as many papers around the thing as you need to
(starting at the cone end). I find that wrapping papers horizontally works
best (as in around the template rather than up it). There will be paper
that sticks out but these can be glued down using the glue off some other
papers.
After the pattern is ready
put the roach in (make sure it fits very tight and will not fall out).
Then take the pattern off the outside of the template and put it inside.
Now, make a suitable large mix (20 fags and a 1/2 oz of hash should do
the trick) and put it in.
Putting this sort of spliff
in a skittle is highly recommend (those 5litre water bottles you get in
gyms work very nicely). You may already suspect this but attempting
to smoke one of these mono-e-mono will result in your house burning down
when you fall unconcious and drop it onto the floor, so remember to share
the wealth.
