Tactics - Traversing your Lines (2)
Consider the example below. The infantry unit in the east needs repositioning on the left flank and plans to move down row 21.

The danger in this situation lies in the possibility that one of the front line units is routed, meaning the unit retreats to row 21, blocking the path of the traversing infantry (see solid arrow).

To avoid a collision, it would be better to choose row 20 (see dotted arrow) for the infantry on the move, but NOT row 19,
