The Beginning!
We bid on this house. While this house is very nice, it is a little neglected. The former owners didn't keep it updated and they never landscaped it. There are little things that lead us to believe they couldn't afford to do much more than make the mortgage payments and we suspect that eventually they couldn't even do that. The home is only 5 years old and we plan to make it better than it ever was! Here are more pictures that we took when we first saw the house.
