Yomiko Readman is a library special operations officer known as Agent Paper because her extraordinary skill in controlling paper.
Her most recent assignment is to recover a manuscript written by the pianist long deceased, Beethoven, before it get's into the wrong hands. Their newest target has cloned past genius's such as aviation pioneer Otto Lilianthal and 19th century entomologist Jean-Henri Fabre to help him find the Manuscript that could possibly destroy the world. Plot: 4/5
I laughed, i cried, i had a good time watching this movie. It didn't recieve a 5/5 only because i couldn't take the plot entirely seriously, but i still really enjoyed watching the realistic fantasy the plot displays. It was interesting to see some of the most influencial people in history become nothing but mere puppets in a literal sense. The plot was original and despite the seriousness conveyed throughout most of the plot, it was still light-hearted and humorous.

Characters: 5/5
I fell in love with the characters of this movie almost immediately. Each individual's personality was extrememly different from another and really brought a sense of reality in their relationships with one another.

Ending: 4/5
Throughout the movie we got to see Yomiko and Nancy's relationship flourish and grow, with Nancy watching over Yomiko. In the end, the roles that they play in eachother's lives switch. It definately showed that Yomiko had grown a bit more through her experience with Nancy and the agency, but the fact that Nancy had forgotten everything didn't sit well with me. The entire story was about her love to a madman and her love to innosence, and i wanted to see some sort of reaction to that. The ending still maintained interest though and i couldn't wait to see the series.

Overall: 5/5
I think that this movie is deserving of this score because of the originality that it screams. The depth throughout the movie as the plot intertwined the characters so well with it definately raised the bar in anime in my opinion. The flow between each kept me at the edge of my seat most of the time, and the humor that was so carefully planned in various scenes kept the story from being just straight boring action. Although there were a few extreme scene's (violence-wise), they were just enough to get the audience to feel seriousness of the situation at hand. The animation was great as well, each fight scene, each serious moment was filled with emotion, you had a chance to feel what the characters felt during this entire movie.
