The Legends of Aegis are those who have past from heroes to the point where tales of them take on aspects of their own.  While most of the legends are of things that are no longer with us, some are about people who have disappeared but are assumed to still live.

     The World of Aegis is made up of legends.  Legendary tales and deed infiltrate every part of life.  Knowing and understanding these legends are a part of every child's upbringing.

     Every magical item and great city has legends behind it.   Heroes who lived there, how it was lost or created, and who once died for it.   To understand a people, there is no better tool than the legends that are their past.
