Self-identification

1. Does weighing too much (or being "fat") make you keep to yourself and feel lonely?

2. Do you use laxatives, vomiting, diet pills, or water pills to help you lose weight or feel in control of your weight?

3. Do you spend most of the time thinking about how much you have eaten or will be eating during the day?

4. Are you frightened at the thought of eating situations where you will have to eat a normal meal?

5. Do you frequently eat beyond the point of fullness, to the point of physical discomfort?

6. Do you cook meals for others that you won't eat yourself?

7. When you feel full, do you also feel self-hatred, desperation, panic or depression?
