Assistant Treasurer - to assist the Treasurer in their absence, to oversee raffles, and money collected for other fund raising such as guessing competitions and photos.
Social Secretary - responsible for Social Events. Organise the BBQs, and booking and RSVP'ing for social outings.
Gear Steward - responsible for the Club's equipment and stock. Especially the box of stop watches, folders and pens, and ropes. Also for bags, towels, hats, etc, used as prizes.
Publicity Officer - responsible for intra and extra Club advertising and flyers, media reports and website.
