For it is Written by heyday

So hard I try to understand you as you point at me and lay all your blame;

Your hard accusations assailing me unmercifully in unrelenting accusations;

That effect me not- nay, my dear one, how could they ever put me to shame?

Not when it was you who burglarized my heart while you howled false indignations;

crying woefully to others that which wasn’t true as you bore false witness against me;

reveling in some kind of artificial hurt even as you continued your cruel

depredations.

Heartlessly you ignored my pleadings for reasons to know why you would flee;

telling yourself my vain attempts to communicate infringed upon you unfairly;

as if my anguish from your wrongs was an irritation that you wanted to be free

How dare I bring into a single thought that perhaps it was you who acted so contrarily!

Now I became a controller , a manipulater who would snatch your halo from your head;

a demon in your eyes am I now, who would tumble you from your throne you hold merrily.

Yes, the wrongs you did was excusable and insignificant as long as it was my tears shed;

but I am so terribly unforgivable, forever condemned by you to an eternal damnation;

for the blasphemy of not reacting to your wrongful hurts by rolling over and playing dead.

Go ahead my blind one, focus forever on me if you wish, seeing what you call an abomination;

if it comforts you to so much to project your sins so effectively upon me in a mighty heap.

Hide from yourself as you will any objective reality, push away what might bring illumination;

and never consider what is so profoundly written: that which ye sow, ye shall also reap.
