The College has a highly qualified staff with very sound formal qualifications. They bring a tremendous wealth of experience and commitment to the College, with involvement in a wide range of activities, interests and career positions. They are dedicated and enthusiastic teachers. They are led by the founder of the College, Mrs Raywyn Adam Ramage. Mrs Ramage started the College in 1989 with her late husband, Mr Bruce Ramage.

The Course offered is based on her vision of an approach to all people, including very young children, which recognises their basic human right to respect and their strengths as individuals. This philosophy has been used to develop a new and innovative approach to early childhood education. It is this ground breaking work and her many years of educational achievement which led to Mrs Ramage being made a Commander of the British Empire (C.B.E.).
