STUDY RIGHT HAS BEEN APPLIED AT AN EQUAL RATE TO THE FEE IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER THE STUDENT IS ENTITLED TO STUDY RIGHT OR NON STUDY RIGHT SUBSIDY.

Therefore, college fees are set when the Ministry confirms the level of funding per student for the next year (usually November).  In 2001 the fees are as follows:
