MilkBoy Coffee - 5/30/08
I took another road trip to Chester County to see Laura Cheadle perform at MilkBoy Coffee. The band welcome back an old friend on bass, who I had last seen at Burlap and Bean. But unlike at that venue, MilkBoy is actually owned by a recording company. During the first band that played the venue was very full and warm even though the air condtioning was going at full blast so Laura and her band and friends mostly stayed outside. But once it was time for them to get set up, it finally was cooled down. Laura played a few songs from her upcoming album and showed off her new smaller "baby" guitar.
