![]() | Though she is featured in only one episode, Dixon Green plays an important role. In Bob's days at the Guardian Academy, when he was but a young cadet, Dixon was his cynical commander, showing Cadet Bob the ropes. In a fatal accident that affected not only Bob's world, but that of Mainframe as well, Dixon is mortally wounded by a virus named Killabyte. In her last moments, she passes her keytool Glitch onto Bob, shifting the course of time. |

Frisket has been Enzo's most loyal friend, second only to AndrAIa. It seems as though the dog has been with Enzo all his life. When the boy was younger, Frisket was always on the lookout for him and constantly saving his bitmap. However he his very disdainful of Bob and doesn't like him the least bit. |

His full name is Gavin Capacitator, otherwise known as the Crimson Binome. Gavin is a software pirate, commanding his pirates aboard his ship, the Saucy Mare. He first appeared in Mainframe on a ransacking mission, but Dot convinced that honest buiness would be much more profitable. Gavin seemed to be very taken with the formidable business woman. Matrix met up with him later on after arriving in a port system. Pleaing on Dot's behalf, Matrix convinced Gavin to venture into the Web to search for Bob. Still mistrustful of the sprite he had once known to be young Enzo Matrix, Gavin agreed. They eventually made it back to Mainframe, along Bob and the Surfer. In helping restart the system, the Saucy Mare was obliterated. |

Two blundering bots, former henchmen for Megabyte. No ones knows which is which; they probably don't even know themselves. Since their combined intelligence is that of a brick, they often manage to confuse one another but still get thier jobs done, somehow. After Megabyte took over Mainframe, he demolished Hack and Slash in a rage. Phong later found the bots, and rebuilt them. The two now serve Dot as inept bodyguards. |

The most annoying person in the known Net. A walking and talking television, he cannot be turned off because the remote ran away. Mike has been threatened numerous times with deletion on account of his very agitating personality, but still has managed to escape much deserved deletion. |

Phong is an elderly, sagely sprite, former Command.com of Mainframe. A bit on the eccentric side, he is always ready to offer advice, though the ones he offers advice may not understand his strange sayings at first. He passed on his position as Command.com to Dot when Megabyte began his total infection of Mainframe. |

Turbo is the Prime Guardian, the hightest position in the Guardian Collective. He commands all the Guardians. When infected by Daemon, Turbo managed to battle his viral side, though from time to time he lost some ground. He came to Matrix to warn the renegade of Dameon. Matrix took him for his word, even though he blamed Turbo for Mainframe's downfall. It seems that Turbo knew Bob well while Bob was at the Guardian Academy. |

The User is an all-powerful being, with many faces and forms. One is in complete control of each system, and it is by the User's hand that the citizens of that system live or die. The User "inputs games for pleasure," as Bob puts it. If the game is lost, all within the game are nullified and the sector it landed on destroyed. But the User also sends upgrades to help the system along.

The Webriders are misfortunate sprites that have become lost in the Web. The Web's harsh atmosphere warps thier code, causing scarring, disfigurement, and without protection, deletion. They survive by taking the skins of deleted Web creatures and fashioning them into armor, protecting them from Web scarring. The Webriders also use the Web creatures as means of transportation.
