LENS FLARE
 So, here are the steps:

 1.Open Adobe Photoshop.

 2.Open a file with a dark background.

 3.Click Filter, then Render.

 4.Choose Lens Flare.

 5.Set Lens Type.

 6.Click Ok

 7.When you're done, save it as a JPEG file.

So, that's how you put lens flare in Photoshop ^_^
