 So, here are the steps:

 1.Open Adobe Photoshop.

 2.Open the necessary files.

 3.Click the clone stamp tool and Hold Alt and click it to the clean parts of the picture.

 4.Click on the scratches.

 5.Repear the steps 1-3, then use the polygonal lasso tool for making selections to colorize the picture.

 6.Make sure that the color is quite similar to the finished product above.

 7.When you're done, save it as a JPEG file.
