Procedure:
  1. Open the application.
  2. Open the file that you will edit.
  3. Using quick selection tool, select the hair.
  4. Click "Image", the "adjustments", then "Hue and Saturation".
  5. Click "colorize".
  6. Choose the color you want.
  7. Click "ok".
  8. Save your file.
