Procedure:
  1. Open the application.
  2. Open the file that you will edit.
  3. Use brush then color the whole image.
  4. Make sure that you uses dark color for the background .
  5. After coloring, click "filter" on the upper part.
  6. Click "render", then "Lens flare".
  7. Then change the Lens flare and adjust the brightness.
  8. Click "ok".
  9. Save your file.
