10-3-02 Jim responded to my e-mail and the decision that I made regarding the class and it was a very sweet response. It made me feel better and relieved. 4 classes again today, start off Sociology where I meet a Japanese girl with an Australian accent. We conversed, and she wanted to know if she could work with me on the presentation. After class I asked the teacher about my idea for the project, which I thought was a good idea, but he obviously was telling me how to tweeck it, which gave me a bad feeling. The girl with the accent told me not to worry and after class she spoke with him and he said it would be better to do Japanese history of dating, which would require more work that I desired to do. I warned the girl that I was probably not going to be taking that class and she said that I should atleast try it. I went downstairs with Harumi and Ann completely convinced me not to take the course, so I erased it. I felt soo much better after deciding to do it. I handed it my registration paper, and went to Japanese class, and we had a kanji quiz that was fairly easy. Lunch time I went up with a bunch of the girls from the dorm and I grabbed lunch at the covenient store. Chocolate-uman, it was really good. I also got OJ that I was not completely impressed with and pocky :) We ate in the semi-park that Ichigaya has, and I met this girl who is one of Sara's friends who is korean, and apparently she is in our International Marketing class. Class today and had less people than before, and this class was definately more interesting than before. It also suddenly seemed easier than I imagined. Next class, Buddhism and I throughly enjoyed the class because the teacher is funny and interesting. Time to go home. I ate, and we all talked about kinda studying together for Japanese. Their was less studying and more joking around than anything else, before Harumi and Minori came in, my stomach was killing me, luckly Jai Lee had painkiller, so I was only suffering for about a half hour. But we ended up talking and making odd japanese expressions. Then they were having some sort of meeting the other room so they asked us if we could go somewhere else. We went into the dining room where their was a meeting for the entertainment commitee. I ended up spending a lot of time on the computer looking up clubs in japan and trying to find interesting places to go to. I found a sight that had haunted spots in Tokyo. I ate grapes with the girls and barely studied for the Japanese test, oh well. Finally I went to bed rather late.
