Today I decided to take it rather easy and go exploring since i only had one class today. So I hung around during lunch for a bit and Denise asked me if I wanted to go Salsa so naturally I said, "sure why not?" Ann, Jenny and ceceil said that they would go as well. I meet Jenny's boyfriend and I could tell that he loves her very much, it was very apparent. He was leaving the next day so I felt for her, and I told her to enjoy there last day together since I know what it is like. Anyway I went for my little journey. I walked to Iidabashi and walked around. I could not put my figure on it but everything here was different. Maybe it was my lack of work, lack of being outside, I dunno whatever I kinda felt rather liberated. So I was walking around aimlessly and I saw a few supply stores that took visa but I hestitated for fear of overspending. Anyway I walked around and I saw my first cram school in Japan so I was like "oooooooo." I kept walking and i saw a complex that looked like a big shopping center so I went in that direction. Apparently it was Tokyo Dome, and there was a huge amusement complex next to it. My back was beginning to hurt so I saw down and watched the fountain as well as all of the other people sitting around. It was very peaceful and I found out that the rollercoaster was not finished and is opening in 2003. Then I went into this mall and I first looked at the clothes that were either very cheap or extremely expensive. Then second floor had all of these imported chocolates, droll..... They had chocoloate from all over the world and all of these american candies, but I was poor so I moved on. The third floor had this american toy store as well as all of these CD's, movies, and books. it was funny because they had a lot of wrestler dolls as well as star wars stuff. Then I looked in the other store with the cd's and such. I saw a poster for the second star wars and I thought that it was rather amusing that Yoda holding his lightsaber was the cover, smart move. Then I looked at this CD that said number 1's and naturally they were all of these american songs that had nothing in common with each other, other than the fact that were number one hits at one point in time. It ranged from Chanti, brandy, to Bon Jovi to the Pet Shop Boys, strange mix. Anyway listening to the mix made me feel kinda nostalgic and I missed american music. So I knew that I had been in the store for longer than I should have been. I decided that it was time for me to go home. The walk was slightly longer than I anticipated. I got back home and i just relaxed. I told the girls how close the place was and they were all shocked. Anyway I went to bed and relax, iiii na.
