These documents are prepared within 10 days by ISC and sent to the applicant.

Lithuanian special visa is obtained at any nearest Lithuanian Embassy or Consulate by submitting the following documents:
 

	Letter of Invitation.
	Passport & its copy.
	Four photographs.
	Statement of applicant's incomes (bank receipt applicant's or his/her sponsor account).
	Notarized commitment of the sponsor to support student during his/her studies in Lithuania.
	Application form (to be filled in Embassy).

According to the rules of Lithuanian Migration Department the procedure of making the special visa costs 50 USD. Lithuanian special visa procedure takes approximately 3 months. Having received the confirmation that the visa is ready from Embassy or Consulate the applicant has to take it in Lithuanian Embassy.

Note: English translations are required for all written documents.
