notarized English translations of all transcripts. Unofficial copies are

Complete application for 2003-2004 programs
must be presented to the Registrar, International Studies Centre, by May
1st.
Applications can not be processed unless they include all the following:

of medical fitness (ensuring the absence of chronic diseases an any

fee of 100 USD (non-refundable). |

of the English knowledge. |
