3 Minutes of previous meeting
Corrections:
Apologies: Mal Dawes should be listed
Item 5 (Prospect Centre card signing) Haris will be unable to attend

4 Newsletter
No news received by anyone as to when the newsletter might be ready. People have sent articles and there are several important news items to be included. Previous newsletter appeared in March so we need to get another one out urgently.
Chrys will contact Alan Tharratt to ask if he needs more material and if he is still willing to produce the newsletter.

5 Incinerator
FoE has produced a document setting out the various options for waste disposal and has concluded that anaerobic MBT is the best choice. David asked for evidence that this technology would work in practice. Arthur wanted more emphasis on re-use and recycling.
FoE will contact us with more details of the technology. Haris to write letters to the Hull Daily Mail, on behalf of HFoE, against the proposed incinerator.

6 Green Fair
Venue remains uncertain. Possibilities are the Baptist Hall on Cottingham Road, and the Community Church on Cottingham Road/Newland Avenue. Ian and Debbie to get details of venues and charges.

7 Music/food event
Arthur needs premises with a kitchen for FEAST food preparation. It was agreed that a tester event would be appropriate, in a small venue, such as the Pop-In centre in Lambert Street. Ian and Arthur to get details of venue for next meeting.

8 HOTI meeting
On 6 July, at 7pm, at South Holderness Technology College in Preston. Meeting to be addressed by Rick Anthony, a zero waste expert from California.
Haris and Mal will attend, and, it is hoped, other members of Hull FoE.
