    7/18/05

    On Knightly Orders:
Andrew: So everyone recongregates back at the frat house.

    On creativity:
Andrew: Some of the assassins have these vials of orange liquid.
    Morgan: Emergency cheese rations?

    On armories, the walking kind:
Amy: Do we have an armory of any kind?
Morgan: [points at Kathryn] Her closet.

On pragmatism, or the usefulness of having shanty towns outside the city walls:
Kat: It really is effective to have all those peasants who we as nobles don't care about, so they can serve as a buffer zone (against attack).

On unintentional insults, or the confusion of cross-gender roleplaying:
Andrew: And the four women go to see Trauge.
    Amy/Renaldo: I'm not a woman.
    Jim: Take that, Renaldo!

    On assumptions:
Morgan: The small villages probably have the [girls] that are…
    Kat: Sluts?

    On disguises:
Sarah: No, Sara can just wear the mauve tabard.

On the downfalls of the word 'it':
Kat: Well, I have the pirate knack that allows me to whip it out, so I don't actually have to pull it out quickly.

    On knowing your limitations:
Kat/Annalise: I'm not going to speak [to the invading Montaigne patrol] because I have a German accent.
Amy: I'm not going to speak because I am Renaldo.

    On insults, how not to:
Renaldo: You will duel me, you bastard son of a… whore.

    On mitigating factors:
Amy: Renaldo doesn't mind being insulted nearly as much if they're dying while they do it.

    On general silliness:
The sign hung over the survivor of a patrol which tried to stop our return to Freberg, while he was naked and set backwards on a horse read, "Renaldo and the Sunshine Girls were here."
