This page contains lessons plans and units that were created during my student teaching semester and my first years as a Talent Search Advisor. The student teaching samples are from social studies class, the subject in which I am certified. My samples from Talent Search include time management and self esteem lessons, two subjects I teach to middle school students.

Talent Search Lessons

Context Statement

During the 2002-2003 school year I created this time management lesson plan to be used with four middle schools that I advised. This unit was to meet one of the objectives of our grant. It was first used at Sweetwater Junior High for a class of 8th graders.
