| CINDERELLA MAN |
| Cinderella Man is the true story of a common-man named James J. Braddock. It was during the Great Depression, around the mid 30's, and Braddock had hit rock bottom. He broke his hand, lost his job, and was unable to pay his bills, putting his family in danger; the one thing that mattered to him most. Seemingly out of luck, it was as if Braddock had nothing left until his old ring coach gave him a surprise oppurtunity for a one time match, just for some quick money. Fueled by love for his family, Braddock turned out an upset victory to go on fighting, beating champion after champion, and instilling hope in everyone around him during the depression. This true story shows how the common working man can achieve greatness in so many ways, all for the love of his family. |
