| "I made my decision to come to Drexel University because of their excellent standing in academics and the oppurtunity to play for the Varsity soccer team. I am majoring in engineering and academically Drexel is one of the best. I am focusing on Materials Science and Engineering which has been ranked as one of the top ten programs in the country. Another selling point was the co-op. This opportunity is very valuable because of the first hand experience I will gain from being in the work world. So far I am having a great time here. Soccer was a lot of fun and I am making a lot of great friends. Aside from the occasional stress,, the classes are very good. I plan to enroll in the BS/MS program for my major and hope to graduate with a job position already lined up." |
| "I made my decision to come to Drexel University originally because it well so well recognized for its Engineering program. When, I learned of the Co-op program that is also offered here at Drexel University, my decision was set. Co-op is very important to success in the workplace and will well prepare me for the future. Possibly, I could leave Drexel with a job oppurtunity because of the co-op program.I decided to go for a dual major in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering. I am also thinking of adding an Architecture minor into that mix so long as it does not cause an overload. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience thus far at Drexel Univeristy. I feel that I am learning well I am here and making a lot of great friends." |

Drexel has kept up-to-date on letting me know what oppurtunities existed there since my freshman year and they have won me over. I was also very interested in their co-op program. Not only will I get the knowledge from my classes, but also I will be able to get it from the places I work while I am here. Another big factor was the concert band here at Drexel. I have had a strong interest in music my entire life and will be able to continue it here. I'm looking forward to finishing up my time here with a dual major in Computer and Electrical Engineering and am a part of the BS/MS program for electrical engineering." |
| "My name is Nikhil Shah. I attend Drexel University. I am majoring in business and my ultimate goal is to receive a degree in finance and accounting; a dual major. While at Drexel, my goal is to maintain a GPA over 3.5. After I graduate, I plan on working for Goldman Sachs. I would like to be a financial advisor and work for their firm. Another major goal in my life is taking all financial burdens of my parents for the rest of their lives. I feel they have done more than enough for me and I would like them to enjoy themselves once I graduate." |
