ILEX FOREST
After you have left Azalea Town, you will enter Ilex Forest. You
shall see a man standing near a "Y-shaped" bush. Talk to him,
and he will ask you to help him find his boss' Farfetch'd Follow the path until
you reach a running Farfetch�d. Chase it in such a way that it will go back to
the person you spoke to earlier. Return it to the first person you saw and he
will be there with his boss. They will be so thankful that you found their Farfetch'd
that he will give you HM-01 CUT. Teach Cut to one of your pokemon and use cut on
the "Y-shaped" bush.
Continue on and you should find a guy who will give you TM02 Headbutt.
Headbutt lets you shake the little trees and sometimes sleeping Pok�mon fall
out of them. Some pokemon can only be caught in this maner.(e.g Aipom,
Heracross and Pineco.)
Exit the Ilex Forrest and talk to the girl
with the Butterfree in the route house and she will give you TM12 Sweet Scent.
You will come to Route 34. Proceed northwards, until you come across the Day Care Center. Go inside and talk to
the man and he will take one of your Pok�mon to level up and talk to the woman
and she will do the same. It will cost 100 bucks to take them out, and 100 bucks
per level up.
To breed Pok�mon you must give the old man a Male Pok�mon and give the old
woman a Female Pok�mon.
Crystal: The old man will give you an Odd Egg, which will hatch
into either Smoochum, Elekid, Cleffa, Igglybuff, Pichu, Magby, Tyrouge, or
Togepi.
