NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES!!
OK-HATE TO SAY IT BUT WEIGHT WATCHERS DID NOT WORK FOR ME!!!!!
READ DR. PHIL'S WEIGHT LOSS BOOK AND WOW DID IT CHANGE MY LIFE!!!!
Started Dr. Phil's weight loss program on February 21st! What clicked for me was when Dr. Phil said in his book... "Require more of yourself" I say that to myself everytime I don't want to go to the gym or when I'm in the gym and I feel like stopping.

(Here I go again folks, can you believe this crap!! I have been struggling with this for years, this just goes to prove that it is hard to stay focused!  Well I'm here to tell you that I am POWERFUL AND I AM STRONG!! This is my year!! I will lose this weight in 2008!! Watch me go.....
