Dr. Phil's number one key - RIGHT THINKING!! Get your mind right and the rest will follow!
Me, like probably a lot of other people had convienced myself that I would always be fat. I love to eat and I love to cook, so what was the point of torturing myself. You only have one life and I didn't want to deprive myself of anything I wanted to eat. If I was going to die one day I would be happy dying fat and full!! It was this thinking that kept me fat! It was mind reinforcing my behavior that kept fat!! and trust me at 300 lbs I was not living!! I was miserable and missing out on life.. To be honest I knew I had a mental problem with food and that is why a diet would NEVER work for me. To be honest I bought Dr. Phil's book expecting nothing to change in my life. Thank goodness I was wrong!! Thank you Dr. Phil.. |
