This week was really good and I learn so much every week about myself and about techniques to lose weight. This week we talked about being positive and having a postive mind set. "I know I can, I know I can" Instead of saying "I can't do that". "I can't stop eating more points than is allowed on weight watchers." But you can!! You can, stop!! You can plan your meals, you can find low point foods you like, you can find snacks that you like and fit in your daily point range and not be hungry!! I always say BELIVE IT AND YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT!! But I also know how hard it is to stay focused! But if I believe it, if I plan out for it, if I make it my priority I can do it. The leader gave out the follwoing exercise today in class. You might want to fill it out for yourself and see if it helps you.
The reason I gained .02 pounds this week is because I was stuck in the Hotel I work at for three days because of the snow storm and meals were free. I tried to make good choices because I was limited in the choices I made for eating. I am so happy I only gained .02 lbs but I will be working hard to lose for next week.
