| This week I ate out three (3) times so I am not surprised that I only lost .2 pounds. I am very happy with this loss though even though I wish it would be more. | ||||||
| This week the leader wanted to go over the eight (8) steps to weight loss outlined in our week one book. 1. Pay attention to servings 2. Choose at least 5 servings of fruits and veg. a day 3. 2 Servings Milk per day 4. Include Protein rich food 5. Choose a variety of grains daily, espically whole grains 6. Limit alchol, high-sugar and high-fat goods 7. 6 glasses of water a day 8. Take a multi-vitamin. I know I don't get enough milk products so I will start eating cereal to get in my milk. |
