LOST 0.2
This week I ate out three (3) times so I am not surprised that I only lost .2 pounds. I am very happy with this loss though even though I wish it would be more.
This week the leader wanted to go over the eight (8) steps to weight loss outlined in our week one book.

1. Pay attention to servings
2. Choose at least 5 servings of fruits and veg. a day
3. 2 Servings Milk per day
4. Include Protein rich food
5. Choose a variety of grains daily, espically whole grains
6. Limit alchol, high-sugar and high-fat goods
7. 6 glasses of water a day
8. Take a multi-vitamin.

I know I don't get enough milk products so I will start eating cereal to get in my milk.
