| It is my TOM and have some water weight gain... Can I only blame it on w.w.g?? This is the time I need some serious mind control.. About this stage of the game I start thinking about all the food I have given up and all the things I would like to eat and look how slow I am losing, I'm sure I will never lose this weight and it goes on and on in my mind. I'm sure anyone who has ever gone through a slow weight loss program can tell you this is not easy!! But it is NECESSARY!! Today I am saluting all the women who have traveled down the weight loss trail and won!! My hat is off to you!! To the WW message board thanks to some of these big losers I will to overcome and make it another day towards my goal. A day like today I go and look at all the people who have lost 100 pounds or more and tell myself I can do it to!! Ughhhhh |

| This week the leader talked about switching.. Switching habits, bad habits into good habits... What do you do when you don't want to watch a t.v. show. You switch the channel so apply it to your eating habits. For instance instead of eating several cookies, eat a granola bar. Switch the way you think about food. |
