LOST -3 POUNDS
CAN I GET A WHOO HOOO!!
Last week I gained and I wasn't happy about it. When you are as big as me and you know you have given up food you would love to eat and then you gain!! Ooooh that is just the worst!! I am hoping that eventually I won't have these feelings that I gave up this or I gave up that, just a feeling that I am making better choices. The items I didn't eat were free pizza!! and girl scout cookies.. Free is the operative word here.. ha aha In the past when I have gained I have gotten mad!! and gone and eaten high calorie foods but this week I said, I am going to lose weight. I am going to work at finding foods I love and eat within my points. I am willing to give up FREE food for the sake of feeling good. It is amazing how good I feel about myself even though I have only lost 14.6 pounds... 

This week I felt like I was doing good and I worked very hard to make sure I was eating within my points. I have been making better choices in regards to what I eat. Making sure I eat my fruits and vegetables where before I didn't.

We talked about 5 different foods - Dessert, Snacks, Dining out, Mood Foods, Foreign Fare

How do you replace the foods you love? What have you found to replace the high fat food you used to eat?
