Lost 5 lbs
This week I ate a lot of seafood, mostly shrimp. I also starting eating cereal every morning because I wasn't getting in my milk. So I guess the changes I made this week really worked. I will try to do the same this week and see what happens. But I can tell you, losing 5 lbs this week has really been an ego booster. Makes mefeel like I can do it!! It also has forced me to make better choices like only eating 1 piece of texas toast instead of eating the 3 pieces I would have eaten if I wasn't on weight watchers.
This week at Weight Watchers we talked about Exercise. Even if it is just parking futher away at the grocery store  or walking in each bag of groceries instead of trying to carry them all at once. Try and get in some exercise  and then make it a habit.

A lot of people think you have to do medium to high impact to burn fat, but really all you have to do is low to medium to burn off those calories. TAKE A 30 MINUTE WALK EVERYDAY, MAKE IT A HABIT.
