Chief
Daniel J. Satiacum

in Anchorage, Alaska

I was in Alaska for a week in April, 1998 for a training conference. The portion of the conference that I was to participate in was re-scheduled to the end of the week...so I played like a tourist for a few days. Unfortunately. other tourists thought I was from Alaska.

This nice creek was about thirty miles north of Anchorage. It was really cold water. No I did not fall in, I was just curious about the temperature.

This picture was taken at a steak house in Anchorage, I was eating goobers and sipping my coke while waiting for the "beef". A rule there was the goober shells had to thrown on the floor, my mom would really be mad if I done that at home.

These two girls were at the training conference too, we went south about sixty miles from Anchorage to this place.

About sixty miles south of Anchorage, is a wildlife refuge. We went all the way there just to feed these animals.
