Prayer List
There are many different types of prayers. Below is a table of each prayer and the effect it has when you use it. When using prayers, your Prayer points will be consumed. When you run out of Prayer points you will have to visit an altar to recharge them. Members can also drink Prayer potions to restore prayer.

1 Thick Skin Increases your defence by 5%.
4 Burst of Strength Increases your strength by 5%.
7 Clarity of Thought Increases your attack by 5%.
10 Rock Skin Increases your defence by 10%.
13 Superhuman Strength Increases your strength by 10%.
16 Improved Reflexes Increases your attack by 10%.
19 Rapid Restore 2x restore rate for stats except prayer/hp.
22 Rapid Heal 2x restore rate for Hitpoints.
25 Protect Item Keep 1 extra item if you die. (WILL NOT protect clue scrolls!)
28 Steel Skin Increases your defence by 15%.
31 Ultimate Strength Increases your strength by 15%.
34 Incredible Reflexes Increases your attack by 15%.
37 Protection From Magic Protects you from magical attacks.
40 Protection From Ranged Protects you from ranged attacks.
43 Protection From Melee Protects you from melee attacks.
46 Retribution Inflicts damage to nearby targets if you die.
49 Redemption Heals you if your health falls below 10%.
52 Smite 1/4 of damage dealt is also removed from opponent's Prayer.

The Experience Table
There are many different types of bones you can bury in the RuneScape world. Below is a table of different bones that you can bury. Different types of bones give different amounts of experience. Some bones are harder to get than others.

Items that boost your Prayer
There are many different items that you can wield/wear that will make your prayers last longer. Although there are tons of +prayer items, the monk's robe combined with the strongest mace you can wield is the best combination for prayer.

Leveling Recommendations
Now that you know a little bit about the bones, here are some guidelines that may help you decide how to level your prayer.
