Song: "I wonder what it's like to know that I made the rain" By Matchbox Twenty
Mood: Productive
Time: 7:31pm
Weather: Comfy

Happy Belated Thanksgiving! I have a lot of things to be thankful for:

Being in Orlando, having and enjoying a job, having Lance and living in a nice apartment complex (for the time being anyway), my family who loves me unconditionally and supports me in everything I do, my friends who forgive me and are always there for me, bands that play their feelings and sing their thoughts publically and voice their lives, the community of artists and contiunally amaze me and bring me into their lives, Mr. Kevin King for showing me 11 and for always being so open and dedicated, music that makes me smile, music means something to me, my new impulse buy, knowing that I can sleep in tomorrow, living for each day, having no regrets, having the ability to learn from every situation and actually actively use that experience for the better, knowing I am not a perfect person and having the ability to try to be better everyday, knowing life is just beginning and having fun.

It's been a busy holiday week for me. My Thanksgiving day was spent with an adorable family. Definitely one of my favorites. The kids clung to me and wanted to ride next to me, sit next to me, walk with me, hold my hands and eat with me. They were so cute! I enjoyed the day with them and then was able to also enjoy the evening for Thanksgiving for ths most part.

The day after Thanksgiving, I was on tour at DAK and met a guy named Travis who worked at Donald's Breakfastauras who was really cool. All the cast members that I ran into that day were amazing! I heart DAK. Had a pretty good day with that tour family. Was at Tarzan Rocks! and I was so excited 1) I saw David Reberio, whom I haven't seen in what seems like forever...he's so cute! 2) Billy was singing that show and 3) Neil Patrick Harris aka Doogie Howser was directly behind us in the VIP section. He's too cute. I couldn't help but stare a bit. Good times.

Came home and tried to get everything organized for the road trip to Gainesville to see the Big Sky reunion show with The Curve. Melanie decided she wanted to go and Shannon needed a ride so I waited until they got out of work and we all met up to head out. We had such a blast on the way up just chatting and singing away. We taught "Problem" to Melanie and she was good to go. By the time we got up to gville it was only 8pm so we met up with Kevin, Donovan, Courtney, Crissy, Katie, Sara and Lori at Hooters. We had way too much fun! Poor Kevin though. Someone had told the waitress that it was Kevin's birthday (which it wasn't, but so funny) and he had wear yellow balloon "boobs" and he had to get up and say "It's my birthday and I'm sexy" four times. It was hilarious! We were all dying. We were running late and quickly made a pit stop and then onto the venue.

Ran into Mike from Agent 99 immediately when we got to Abbey Road. I missed him! Saw so many people that I haven't seen in quite awhile! Robin (K's mom), Rashon, Steve from Time, Berg, Michael, Big Sky members that have disappeared (like Ben), Heather, Lisa to name a few. It was so good to see them all again and party. I heart Donovan. He made a comment saying "I missed you Carolyn, it's been such a long time, since like New Years. It's so good to see you, cause I know when I see you, we're gonna have a *good* time" He's adorable...and we did have a good time!

We got there in perfect timing and Dave Moore's band was opening. They were so fun! There were so many different looking guys in that band that look they like are totally different genres. It was so original. After they played, we got to hear the more mellow sounds from our friend Ashton. He's so cute when he plays. I felt bad for him though, everyone was already drunk by that point and could hardly pay attention to themselves let alone an amazing artist who happens to have slower songs. I heart him though!

Melanie and I helped Michael with the merch table. Favorite quote of the night "You cannot sell *that* for a dollar" sticking up for me when I was giving away a free promotional postcard to a fan with their purchase of a cd and the girl next to me at merch told me I was suppose to sell it for a dollar. She thought it was a sticker though that I was giving away, but it wasn't. It was just funny. Thanks Mel!

We rocked out to The Curve! It was so good! I heart Robin! She was adorable! It was so cute to see her having such a good time. She kept attracting Ben to come over and hang out. So fun! We all had such a great time! I definitely got down on my knees!

Big Sky came on and was amazing! They only played songs from their newer cd though and that was a bit sad. It was really good to see them again though! I missed Mark. He is such an amazing front man! Shannon was so cute and happy during the whole thing! The guy behind me was hilarious. He kept grabbing my shoulders and squeezing me out of excitement for the band. He introduced himself as Ashton's roommate in Atlanta and was a huge fan apparently. It was funny!

It was a fun night...a much needed night. I had way too much fun though. Donovan was like "Carolyn, anything you want, you just say to put it on my tab" and he stated me his full name. He's so cute! I was so tired by the end of the night. The show ended at 2am and we got out of gville about 2:45ish. We stopped at a gas station to refuel the car and our bodies with coffee and snacks then hopped back on the road. It was crazy.

I was so tired on the way home. Melanie passed out in the back (poor girl). It was the first time I have subjected her to our craziness, I think we wore her out sufficently, but she was a good sport! Shannon was a rock star and kept me interested on the way home. She will never know how much I enjoyed that chat and listening to everything. I could barely talk, but loved the "talk". I heart you girl!

Got home about 4:30am and crashed. Woke up feeling super crappy and totally regretting the late night before (except the good times of course) and spent most of the morning paying for it. Finally felt a bit better after a shower, dressed and left the house for my tour. Felt normal when I reached the MK. Met my family and they were amazing! Such a great family. First trip to Disney in twenty years and they had a new set of eyes to see it through. So cute! Got to the parade viewing area and Chris was touring around with Neil Patrick Harris so we shared the same viewing space and he was just adorable. He turned around and came over to Chris and I and said "Everyone is just so *perky*, I love it!" So cute! I like it that he loves Disney!

Had a long, but great day with the family and then headed home to crash. I was so tired I just jumped into bed and crashed until the next morning. Woke up this morning and got ready for my repeat tour from Thanksgiving (I heart them!) and I was excited to see them again! Met them this morning at Disney-MGM Studios and had a great day with them again. They are just too cute! Kinda sad to see them go actually. Their mom told me this morning she had trouble getting the kids up and she told them "Carolyn's gonna be waiting for you" and they jumped out of bed in excitement. That makes me feel good. It's a lot to get kids out of bed! Yay!

I've been busy playing with my new "toy" when I've had free time (which hasn't been much) and been enjoying the rest. I missed a great show last night and it sucked to have chosen sleep over it, but otherwise I would have passed out on the bar and not in a "happy" way. Ah well...life goes on.

I heart my life. Everything's still good. Thankfully.

Song: "no need to worry anymore" By All-American Rejects
Mood: It's all good!
Time: 10:58am
Weather: Freezing...geez it's cold

Last night was amazing! I went to the David Ryan Harris/Marc "Brou-ssard" show at HOB for the most interesting and original show I think I have been to yet. I met up with Kyra and her friends from Tampa (they were both very cool) when I got there and went in to scope out a stool for David to use for recording the show. Ran into Tiffany and sat on the stool until David had arrived. Took him awhile to get through security but finally did and was able to set up while I got my place in the front, middle with Kyra. We started discussing if anyone had heard of the opener, Mosaic before and none of us had.

Pretty quickly after discussing that, these two guys come on stage with just microphones in their hand and start singing accapella. Then, four more guys come on stage and join in. No instruments and no choregraphed dancing. I know what you are thinking. Another boy band. But really, it wasn't. It was much more different than that, in a strange but good way. It was kinda like going to the theater to see "Stomp" or like seeing "Rent" and having the preformers do an accapella segment in the show. I felt like that is what we were watching. They didn't have any orignials, only covers and the crowd got really into it. They were really talented. I noticed that one of the members looked very familiar, but I couldn't place where I might know him from until he gave a shout out to "all my lion king people" and then I knew. He is in the FOLK show at DAK. He's amazing in that show and was impressing me in this new role as well. It all comes back to being " a small world".

They were incredibly original in many ways. They seemed to be very passionate about what they were doing and even so to where they were "feeling" the music more than I have ever seen it being felt. They were moving as if they were the instruments their voices were portraying and they would grab onto each other as in needing assistance or support for singing the notes in a very caring manner. It was so interesting to watch. There was no choregraphed music, but with every note sung and every "beat boxed" they were able to move and jump to release just a piece of the passion they had built up inside of them. It was so fun to watch.

At one point, I looked up into the rafters (the second floor was not open for spectators) and saw Marc Broussard rocking out to them. It was so cool to see him that interested and involved with the opening act. I know quite a few bands that don't even know who their opening act is, let alone actually watch them and get into it (coughGrahamColtoncough). I heart Marc Broussard.

I enjoyed Mosaic, but I was so ready for David Ryan Harris, it was not funny. He came out with no introduction and just seemed very down for some reason. He was doing his acoustic performance and I wondered if he just wished he had a band backing him or something cause he seemed very nonchalant about the entire thing and kinda bothered by it, us or something. I'm sure what. I just knew that I wanted to show him as much love as possible, but no one else was really assisting. Because it was just him and his guitar and he was playing his amazing originals, I think the crowd was a bit indifferent to DRH since Mosaic had all covers and were more of a dance opening. I felt bad that the crowd was talking loudly and not paying attention to the beautiful voice that was singing my songs. I am pretty sure that I was the only person in the place singing along and dancing, but I enjoyed myself for what it was worth. I just brought myself back on the boat when I saw him for the first time and fell in love with his music and style. Can't wait for January. It shall happen again!

Marc Broussard came out on stage to sing with DRH and he seemed to purke up a bit after that, which made me happy. They sang "Good thing" together and some of the crowd got into it, which made me happy. I heart that song, it's my favorite of all that he sings!

And then it was time for the good ole "I was toe up from the flo up" Marc Broussard. I heart him. He was so happy and smiley the entire evening. I think I loved that about him the most. I remember getting to talk with him on the rock boat and having our "moment", but I don't remember ever seeing him *that* happy. He was so cute. His skipping dance moves were adorable and made me giggle. He made perfect eye contact with almost everyone in the crowd and called people out and said hello to them from up on stage without even knowing them. I adore that. He's so great!

He also put on an amazing show. You know, although I have a wide variety of musical taste and pretty much love every kind of music, blues is not really one of my favorites, but when I am listening to Marc sing and play, it's the most amazing blues I have ever heard. It's like a perfect combination and it draws me in. One of the best parts of the show is when he brought up Mosaic to be his "back up choir" and sing with him "It's a lonely night in Georgia and everything I do reminds me of being with you" and it sounded really good. I wondered if he had played with them before and had many days to practice that, or if they had met earlier yesterday and went over it quickly or just spun it out live on stage for the first time, but anyway they did it, it sounded really good. The Mosaic boys were really into it as well and they worked well together. I was surprised at the intensity that they put out on stage. It just made you smile. It makes you appreciate what you are doing at that exact moment and knowing that you wouldn't want to be anywhere else and you are so happy that you are witnessing it. I love those kind of moments.

David Ryan Harris and Marc Broussard share something that a lot of musicians don't have anymore. They have meaningful music. Music that physically and mentally moves you. The kind that changes something in your heart or soul. It is the kind that you want to listen to all day. Just have them in your pocket and pull them out when you need your spirits lifted and to know that someone else has gone through the same crap you have and you move through it together. It's that kind of amazing and soulful music that creates a meaningful moment and I heart it. I heart them!

My impluse buy has arrived. I have notice that it's at my complex. I'm stoked to get it open and get it going. Yay! Random thought...sorry.

Things have been going really well lately. I know the minute that I say that, something will go wrong. There are always bumps in the road and even though a few of those are still around currently, the majority of my life is pretty stable and happy. I am thankful for that. Just thought I would share a bit of what I'm thankful for seeing as though tomorrow is Thanksgiving.

I do have a lot of hopeful thoughts and wishes still, some things that won't come true. Like being home for the holidays and sharing the good times with my family like we used to. Things have changed and I've moved away, but that doesn't mean that my heart isn't with them all the time. It's just hard to be away sometimes. I'm very thankful though that I have the memories from years before. I would never change the past for the world. All good things come from those...even the painful ones. "Our lives are better left to chance, I could have missed the pain, but I'd(a) had to miss the dance" I don't want to miss my chance at a dance....

Song: "If you don't know" By Need to Breathe
Mood: Satisfied
Time: 1:28pm
Weather: Raining

What an amazing weekend! And a very tiring weekend. I'm done. I need sleep mucho. Let's start things off with my crazy GR schedule on Thursday. It was a shift until 1am, but a good and fun one with a bit of drama mixed in. I had a situation come to me that made me realize that life is very short and it needs to be embraced. I love getting these random reminders just when I seem to need them the most. Due to this random information, I made an impulse buy. Not a very good excuse, but whatever I need it and I will benefit from it so I am happy...so far. I have yet to receive this item, but it is on it's way and I am confident that I will not regret it. No regrets remember!

Next day I was working in the office and had a pretty eventful and crazy day booking tours and coordinating. It was good times and a great experience. Got done there in time to meet up with Jhey and Rachel for dinner at Panera. I had the best dinner. Ceasar salad with chicken noodle soup. It was a perfect meal for the weather and so good! Good chats with good friends. Headed down to The Social right after to meet up with Katrina and Gianina for our night of Plain Jane Automobile. Started off kinda strange, but ended SO good. Plain Jane peeps were so cool, even got us tickets to get into the show, which helped a lot!

I had so many bonuses this night it was unbelievable. First amazing thing was being greeted by Jimmy and Wes (he was in the back hiding, but we found him) and getting to talk with him a bit before the crowds came in and attacked my friend. Got to meet some cool people, while they were celebrating a birthday and they allowed me to share in the celebration. Good times. Walked outside to try and find Gary for Wes and ended up almost literally running into Mr. CK himself. "All roads lead back to CK" don't they Julie? *grin*

The night followed amazingly by seeing Matt from Honestly and his girlfriend Rachel. It's hilarious that I have been "running" into them at every show I have been going to lately. I am calling them my official stalkers. Right when I saw Matt, I called him out on it and he laughed and said that he and Rachel were talking about the possibility of running into me at the U2 show. I love it when they notice the similarities and randomness of us always running into each other. Too bad I don't have enough money for U2, but a nice thought all the same. Fun times!

The night gets even better when an amazing band takes the stage. Need to Breathe is one of the most incredibly talented bands that I have seen in awhile. I could not take my eyes off of them or stop smiling. They had such a great stage show and were totally into everything note they played and sang. Great songs, great lyrics, great playing. I was stoked to be seeing them. Right after the show, I had to run out to my bank around the corner to get some cash to buy their cd so Gianina walks with me down the street and that is when the other greatest thing happened. I see Dan from Big 10-4 and freak out! I see him freak out and I just wanted to run towards him with open arms, then I saw Matt and he freaked out in a making fun of me kinda way and then bypasses me and grabs G. Then I see Kelly and it was just a good three minute adrenline rush after the whole meeting. Crazy, but great. It was so good to see Dan again and to welcome them home! Good times! Dan was like "you aren't leaving!" We just grabbed the mulah and headed back to The Social as planned and get my cd and hang out with the kids again!

Got to talk to the amazing guys in Need to Breathe. Beau was adorable especially with his southern accent. Joe was the coolest. He is an amazing drummer and a great personality. For the most part every drummer I have met has been the coolest...seeing a trend? Their tour manager, Adam was such a nice guy as well. I enjoyed chatting it up with him as well. Good kids those boys. I was entralled by the bass player though I think the most. He was always smiling and had such an uplifting vibe about him...oh and he touched me *grin* What a moment. I know, I'm such a dork. Can' t be helped.

We basically called it a night after Plain Jane's set and said goodbye to everyone. I was exhausted and ready to go listen to my Need to Breathe cd pronto. Haven't taken the cd out of my car yet, totally amazing and great for being produced in their "home recording studio". I heart them!

Slept in until 1ish, amazingly enough, on Saturday. Got up and did laundry and listened to K's message that made me smile. Went to get the mail before leaving the complex to head down to West Palm Beach, praying to get my Epass in the mail and guess what...there it was. Happiness! Perfect timing! I couldn't wait to start using it. So I started my trek on down to WPB and it wasn't too bad until I got into the massive amounts of rain. It was so bad that I missed my exit to get on 95. Grrr. I was early though so no worries. Got to WPB in pretty decent timing with K's help in directions and parked in the parking garage because of the horrible weather that was still occuring. Even with an umbrella and sweatshirt, I got soaked to the bone from my thighs to my toes on the way to Jumby Bay to just get a drink and wait for the others to get there. It ended up being a great place to dry off as well. Bonus.

Sat there for a few before I got attacked by a very drenched Randy. Thanks kid. Got told some heartbreaking news of The Curve probably not going on...at all. Very sad. We hung out and ate for a bit and then Missy came. A few minutes later Courtney, Crissy and Katie were across from the bar of us and soaking wet. We should be a tv series "As the wet fans unite". Shortly after Kevin and Rob walked in and then it seemed like Jumby was the place to be, full of rock stars and fans. Good times! Kristina came and I felt bad cause there was no show and it had been so long since she had seen one from our boys. Sean cracked me up as usual and kept us entertained for most of the evening. The good times rolled on and we kept making comments like "it's still so early" and kept on until it was "so late!". Jumby Bay kept us busy and we hung out and tried to "help out" the band that was playing. It was good to just hang out and enjoy everyone's company. It got late and the gals invited us to Foster's, a bar that stays open until 5am so everyone was down for it and we all carpooled the few miles down the road.

Foster's ended up being a hilarious hole of karakoe experts and outgoing crazies and was so much fun to participate in. All I needed was a straw and I was good to go. *grin* Missy and I got a chance to bond and it was so much fun hanging out with her. I wish she didn't live so far away. The gals and Tom were hilarious as we moved from place to place. We hit Denny's up after the entertainment stopped and I could have passed out in my eggs I was so done, but we con't to have a blast arguing over sausages and steaks. Thanks Tom, you rock! Good breakfast at 4:20 in the morning.

We *finally* got to the hotel, which was fairly nice but definitely small, and met up with Missy's cop friend and hung out a bit with Katie, Rob, K, Missy and David and I headed out around 6am to start my trek back to Orlando just in time to work. No sleep for me, but a totally good time. I had a moment of clarity this weekend when I was with my friends having a great time and just realizing that I am very fortunate to have such fun loving, good times, open minded, beautiful friends who have a great time and *choose* to have a great time for great reasons. I guess it's one of those feelings where I feel like a better person when I am with them and I feel like a very blessed person. I know that in life there are some things that you can't control and there are some days when you feel like the lowest person and like no one loves you, but the reality of it is, that if you love yourself and enjoy the life for yourself and make it a great life for you then it doesn't matter what other people think as long as you are living for yourself. Sometimes there are things I wish I could control and things I wish I could change in people, but you can't. It's hard to accept things that you can't control, but one day it might make more sense. Time is the only thing that will tell. And I hate it that it goes by so slowly. I redid my About Me page on here and I wrote that my family makes me believe in love and I still believe in that. It's something to believe in, right?

I think I might just be thinking too much though, but that is what I do when I have no sleep and too much time on my hands. Don't you wish you could just make it go away?

Tuesday night is Marc Broussard and David Ryan Harris and I can have a relaxing evening with two amazing mellow artists. I am stoked!

Song: ""Stars lookin at our planet watching entropy and pain. And maybe start to wonder how the chaos in our lives could pass as sane. I've been thinking bout the meaning of resistance, of a hope beyond my own. And suddenly the infinite and penitent begin to look like home"" By Switchfoot
Mood: "I'm Happy"
Time: 11:57pm
Weather: Have the heat on...this building freezes me out!

Let's start this off with a night of great music and good friends...

On Saturday, I drove down to Tampa to meet up with Julie, Kim, 867 and Nikki. Got lost in Ybor city. Grr. The directions had a bit left out so I traveled around, discovering all of the getto areas that Ybor had to offer before finding the Orphem where Waking Ashland was about to perform and rock our socks off. I finally got there and in time believe it or not. The girls crack me up. Miller Lite was not even being sold at the venue, so how come each of us girls had one (or more)? Good times.

Watched Waking Ashland put on an amazing show. I adore the keyboard...and the drummer was very entralling. When their show finished, I was updated on the status of the second show we were attending that night and decided to get a head start so I wouldn't miss the opening act.

With pretty decent directions from K, I headed away from Ybor city and into Clearwater. I adore Clearwater. It is always so beautiful, evening late late at night. As I started getting further into Clearwater, I began to get worried about where I was and if I had gone to far so while listening and actively singing to the latest Curve mix in my cd player, I looked to the car next to me while stopping at a light and I see Philly waving at me. I seriously almost ran into the van in front of me. Needless to say, I was not expecting to see Philly and Mikey in the car next to me when they were about to play in less than an hour. It did ease my thoughts in at least knowing I hadn't missed the venue so I thought I would just follow them since they *should* know where they were going, but at the last minute they made a turn and I missed it so I con'd down the path of the directions that K gave me and started freaking out afraid that I was going the wrong way. I made a couple more turns that mimicked the directions and ended up at a four way stop where I was in a face-off with another car, I decided to let them go first and it turns out to be Mikey and Philly. Who knew there were several different ways to get to the venue? *grin*

Kevin ran out to greet me and thus began the fun and fulfilled evening of more amazing music and wonderful friends. I finally got to meet Kyra and hang out with her. She's so sweet! Ellen and Liz with friends came out and they are mucho fun as usual. Julie and crew were in attendence shortly behind me, along with Shannon, Jenn and Anna. Rashon opened and for the short time period that I got to see him perform, he was amazing! I found it interesting that he talked to the crowd a lot more and even inbetween his lyrical performance. Nice to incorporate the crowd.

While Spacebar played, we listened to the music and hung out with the boys and chatted about the craziest subjects. Those kids crack me up. Got to know Sean a bit more and I enjoyed his company. "I need socks so you can rock them off me again..." and his response "well, maybe I can rock something else off" So cute!

The Curve made me so happy that night! They played quite a few songs (so much more than 5 for $5) and then came back for an encore and played Mr. Big's "I'm the one who wants to be with you..." and then Kelly Clarkson's "Since You've Been Gone" (my favorite cover of their's). I adore The Curve hardcore!

Also fun, the bartender loved me at this Java Junction place. Definitely got a good deal and all I had to pay him was kisses. Rock on. If that's all I had to pay with, I'd be rockin! *grin* AND the kid brought them to me while I was rockin out to The Curve. Great guy and bartender!

Hung out for quite awhile at the venue and helped the boys pack up. Hugs all around! Headed back to the SWEET suites we got courtesy of Kim at her hookup. When we got there the girls, Chris Floyd and Chelsea were all hanging out so we joined in. Shannon and I were exhausted so we headed on to K's room and enjoyed the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever been in and for a first time ever I was not frozen when I woke up, I was actually quite warm, but either way it was so comfortable.

Headed back to Orlando early so Shannon could head to work and I went home and crashed for a few hours before K got back into town and then I gave him his "surprise" dinner and he enjoyed it immensely and we chatted until I got ready to leave for the Matchbook Romance show and he went to an interview.

Go to HOB for the third concert in two days. I love my life! Just wished I had money to do this all the time, oh wait I don't, but I still end up doing it anyway. Bought my ticket for Marc Broussard and David Ryan Harris, which I am so stoked about and then waited for the girls to show up.

Kevin showed up shortly after the girls and I went in and we headed straight for the bar. The first few bands were okay. I really enjoyed LoveDrug the most, but they were also very mellow in comparison to the other bands. Matchbook Romance was amazing! I heart them. "I promise you, I'll NEVER-LET-YOU-GO!" I enjoyed the crap out of that song. After the show, K and I headed to Margaritaville while the girls went and met up with the band outside the venue.

Got to see Rob and the LBs again and we met up with Alyssa who cracks me up. She's crazy, but in a good way! I played thumb war with the bartender Marcus and almost beat him in the end. "I declare a rematch!" He's adorable!

K and I headed back and crashed. I finally got to sleep in a little bit then headed to work at the DSA office. Was recruited to transport James Rasulo around property. Very nice guy and we had some good convos, it was just a lot of waiting around, so I was ready to head home after the long day.

Yesterday I gave a property tour to our newest cast members around Epcot and Disney-MGM Studios. It was a pretty good day with minimal challenges, but it was a very vast difference in knowledge with my group so it was hard to find a happy medium. Got done with that and was offered to hang out at the Ale House with some good friends, so JHey and I took them up on it and enjoyed some good company into the evening hours.

Lots of stuff coming up: The Curve at West Palm Beach, Marc Broussard and David Ryan Harris, Big Sky Reunion with The Curve and Ashton Allen, Matty Matt at The Social and more after that! Good times ahead!

Song: "Well dance inside the song" By All-American Rejects
Mood: Amazed
Time: 2:27pm
Weather: Getting kinda chilly

"You don't have to move, you don't have to speak LIPS FOR BITING You're staring me down, a glance makes me weak EYES FOR STRIKING"

I heart The All American Rejects. Roadtripped down to St. Pete with Julie, Kim, Jennie, & Nikki last Wednesday to see the boys. Got there in plenty of time to start our night at the bar right next door to Jannus Landing. I made a seat on the floor and rocked my way to happiness. Attacked the jukebox with Julie, but she won and made me smile with some JT and more. Got in good with some of the nicer locals and chatted, drank and sang with them until we felt like making our way over to the venue. Went outside to catch a phone call and a bird pooped on my arm. Gross. It was small, but warm. Blah! It was funny though! Thankfully it didn't land in my hair! Got cleaned up and we headed over to get our spots for the show shortly after. The girls met William from The Academy Is and I watched him gracefully greet his fans, what a sweet and young boy. He just happens to be completely adorable as well. They were amazing as well. We watched the other guys from that band get bombared by annoying girls and try to pawn them off on each other. Now that was funny and so typical from band members.

Got right in the front on Nick's side where I was in complete bliss. What an amazing show. Nick would not stop smiling and neither would I in response. Tyson was crazy and fun! Those boys were rockin out and put on a great show for the crowd. There were some crazies in the crowd, but thankfully none bothered us for the most part. We jumped, rocked out and sang our hearts out to every song! I heart them! Tyson came over and was directly in front of us for some of the last song. He's adorably insane!

After the show, we hung out with the St. Pete crazies on the street. I almost got ran over by a intentional crazy man. Got hit on twice by random drunk guys. Kim got insulted by one of them. Crazy St. Pete people were driving us insane, but all was worth it when I got to tell Tyson that they rocked and I enjoyed every moment of his preformance and he smiled at me and replied. So adorable. The best part is when my wonderful crew decided to peer pressure me in every possible way. *grin* I love you girls. After the crowd dispersed, it ended up just being us and Nick (happiness) and I asked him to do a special favor for me...and he did. I heart Nick. If you are interested in what he did, you will just have to call and leave me a message *sigh* Good times!

"pound"

Friday was great times! *grin* Went to support our Winter Park crew including Dirty Shannon, The Murphy Project *drool*, John Frank and our very own amazing Matty Matt Mackelcan. What an amazing night! We had some great company there including Shannon, C-mac, David, Tony, Cali, G and friend, Valerie, Pete Woj, Kris Nichols, etc. Fun times had by all. G and I did our "dances" for Matty's songs and they amazingly enough worked. Funny though when people think we are just making it up on the spot...little do they know. Ha! Matt did an amazing job and sang a lot of his newer stuff, which I adore!

"Day and Night" John Frank cracked me up as usual and called me out twice during the show. "How you doing Carolyn?" He's adorable! You know how I can't stand that part "BE-SOME-ONE" UGH! *grin* But I heart YOU! Funny times and a great night!

Got to spend some time with The Murphy Project boys and Jason promised me that he would keep in touch this time. They were amazing and blew C-mac away...I told you kid! *grin* It was a great set altogether!

Got to sleep in on Saturday which was wonderful! Got into work leisurely around two to get prepared for the Extreme Home Makeover late night extravaganza. Got to hang out with P King and kids and start the coffee drinking early. After much preparation, finally got to meet our guests. I went to pick up my guest's father at the resort and then later was introduced to Tracy. They were filming all night so the event started around 8 with the parade and went through until the wee hours of the morning. What a great experience though and a great cause. Met lots of amazing people and learned to try to stay out of the picture although cameras were everywhere. Make sure to watch the show on December 11th (proposed date of the show actually airing, but who knows). Brian Wilson graced us with his presence and I got to see him preform so it was good times.

I stayed up on through the night with the event and through the next morning doing airport runs for my guests and others. Had two guests that were here for Brian Wilson and got to meet a lot of cool people in abc. It was sad that the event was over so quickly. Less than 24 hours and they were out of here.

Went home around 12:30 in the afternoon on Sunday and laid out by the pool to relax cause I couldn't sleep right then after three cups of coffee (one provided by Tracy-thanks!) and I ended up falling asleep at the pool and getting eaten up by bugs, ugh! Went in after a couple of hours and got ready for the AAR show that night.

Met up with Julie, Kim, 867, K, Nikki and Shannon at the Ale House for pre-show drinks and food. It was great fun, great convos and kept me awake and got me ready for the amazing show.

On to the show!

"The dream's beginning and the time rolls on
It seems so surreal, now I sing it.
Somehow I knew that it would be this way,
Somehow I knew that it would slowly fade.
Now I am gone, just try and stop me now"

Ran into quite a few people at the AAR show. Some, unexpected. Got to see Erik and the Antiqua guy "HEY! How about ME?" Too cute! Ran into Cindy and friend and Jenica.

The show was amazing with The Academy Is, Rooney and AAR. During the AAR show, we all got separated into different spots that people preferred to view the show at so I was "doing the rounds" and spent time with each group. It was an amazing show and made me happy!

After the show, we all headed over to Margaritaville to dance and hang out with Rob. The LB's rocked and Shannon, Cindy and I danced through the last few songs that they played and hung out for awhile, we closed out the restaurant and I headed home to crash!

Was back into work the next day. Good times as usual. That is my life.

Let's see...other updates? Text messaging is a wonderful invention, I will be DSA TBAing it for quite awhile (which I am loving), been doing lots of fun tours (especially with beautiful chefs), played two games of softball last Monday (lots of fun, but lost both) and did a tour for corporate today (lots of suits, but fun). Good times in the life of Carolyn.

Up and coming events: Waking Ashland, Matchbook Romance AND THE CURVE all this weekend! Excitement? Yes....

-Why I like *NSYNC-

It's their personalities and the way their characteristics come through their singing/dancing style. They made me laugh, they make me smile

-*NSYNC Quote of the Moment-

"I think the hardest thing is that when you're apart from someone, you put them on a pedestal, and when you meet them, you realize that they're human and make mistakes, and it gets in the way of your relationship. Try not to think of that person as being perfect, but as being special. And that's all from Dear Abby."
-Chris Kirkpatrick from *NSYNC on AOL Chat 2002-

-*NSYNC Lyric-

"Some dreams just fade away like yesterday's sunset some dreams are made to stay your one dream I'll never forget
