| The next day, there is a huge uproar in Water Seven. Apparently Iceberg had been shot the night before and he claims the attacker to be Nico Robin. Immediately, the Straw Hats become the enemy of the entire city. At the same time, an alert sounds reminding the city that the Aqua Laguna will be coming. Aqua Laguna is a high tide which happens every year and submerges the whole city in water. Luffy and Nami go to the shipyard to check out the situation. There, they are confronted by Franky himself. As Franky fights Luffy, the carpenters of Galley La appear and try to kill Luffy as well. Luffy refuses to believe that Robin is the culprit who shot Iceberg. Luffy escapes and bursts into the headquarters to see Iceberg and find out the truth. Iceberg tells him that is was indeed Nico Robin who attacked him. Meanwhile, Franky meets Kokoro in a pub where she tells him of the CP9, a hidden government organization. It is also revealed that Robin is part of the CP9. Sanji and Chopper run into Robin in town. She tells them that she is indeed the culprit and that the Straw hats will take the blame for her actions. She leaves after bidding them farewell and Chopper immediately goes to tell Luffy while Sanji leaves, saying he has something else to take care of. Luffy is shocked to hear what Chopper has to say and they decide to go catch Robin and learn the truth. That night, the carpenters of Galley La keep watch outside Iceberg�s room. Iceberg calls Paulie in for a private conversation and sets him a task to do. Paulie leaves. The signal sounds and the CP9 start their mission. They break into headquarters. Two of them immediately find Paulie and tells him to hand over the blueprint Iceberg had told him to get. Robin and another CP9 member breaks into Iceberg�s room and shoots him. They demand him to hand over the blueprint which is a secret treasure handed down to carpenters for generations. That member of CP9 leaves, leaving Robin to deal with Iceberg. At the same time, Zoro, Nami and Chopper also break into headquarters. Luffy had disappeared. Iceberg reveals that Robin is the only person who can resurrect the secret weapons. He refuses to hand over the blueprints for he is sure they will destroy the world. The blueprint he owns is the blueprints of one of the ancient weapons, �Pluton�. Pluton is a war ship that was constructed many years ago. As the CP9 confront Paulie, he tells them that the blueprint is a fake. Luffy breaks into the building but he and Paulie are trapped to the ground. The CP9 head back to Iceberg�s room. There they reveal their true identities to him. They take of their masks and they are actually the mechanics of Galley La � Kaku, Luchi, Karifa, and Blueno. Including Robin, there are five of them altogether. They demand the whereabouts of the blueprint. They also reveal that an old comrade of Iceberg who was once a student under a legendary shipwright was in fact still alive and not dead as supposedly. This old comrade is called Kati Fram, but he now lives in Water Seven under the name of Franky. Luffy manages to squeeze out from his binds and frees Paulie as well. They break into Iceberg�s room at exactly the same time Zoro does. -- This is where the manga currently stops at the latest chapter, Chapter 346.
