Joining in the celebrations for the Olympic Torch was a great honour for Scoil na Croise Naofa. Parents , pupils and teachers ' caught the feeling' on that memorable day in Dungarvan. A pupil representing us ran with the torch party and all the mini-torches we made were presented to the delegates from the Bahamas . The whole atmosphere was festive and it was a once in a lifetime experience . A Thank You card was sent to our school from the Dungarvan Host Town Committee in September.

Good relations with the Law!

Nothing can feel better than winning the County Final for the third year running..........
The cup came back again to visit us and we were very proud of our local team. Well done lads and thank you for the special treats you gave us to celebrate your victory.

Not everyone was as impressed as us..........our resident magpie had other priorities - getting ready for winter!
These gentlemen made our new gate which adds to our school's appearance no end. Thank you..
Thanks also to the Board of Management who paid for it. Seachtain na Gaeilge Márta 2004 - Céilí Beag i Scoil na gCailíní

Turas Scoile iontach a bhí againn i mbliana - turas go dtí Ollscoil Luimní nó U.L. agus thógamar an samhradh linn mar "fhad is a bhíomar i Luimneach bhí an ghrian ag briseadh na gcloch ach sa bhaile, i Sráidbhaile bhí sé fliuch. Bhí an t-adh dearg linn! Bhí an-lá ag na daltaí agus bhain gach éinne taitneamh as agus tairbhe de. Is léir ó na griangraifeanna go raibh na buachaillí gnóthach an lá sin.
