January 4, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il an art performance given by the KPA merited chorus on the occasion of the New Year. Among the audience were secretaries Kim Kuk Thae and Kim Ki Nam, department directors and first vice department directors and senior officials of the WPK Central Committee, KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae, Pak Jae Gyong and other general officers.

January 17, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected flying unit no. 860 of the KPA. He was accompanied by generals of the KPA Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and secretaries Kim Kuk Thae and Kim Ki Nam and first vice-department directors Ri Yong Chol, Jang Song Thaek and Choe Chun Hwang of the WPK Central Committee.

January 18 (17?), 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il gave field guidance to the land realignment in South Phyongan Province, visiting several places including Anju and Kaechon cities. He was accompanied by secretaries Kim Kuk Thae and Kim Ki Nam and first vice department directors Ri Yong Chol, Jang Song Thaek and Choe Chun Hwang of the Central Committee of the WPK.

January 20, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il received A.P. Losyukov, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia who is a special envoy of the Russian President. Present there were Kang Sok Ju, first Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, and Andrei Gennadievich Karlov, Russian Ambassador to the DPRK.

January 20, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il sent gifts to the Rodong Sinmun, the Korean Central News Agency and the Radio and TV Broadcasting Committee of the DPRK. (NOTE: KJI not necessarily present)

January 22, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il sent a lot of modern scientific research equipment to the Hamhung branch of the Academy of Sciences. (NOTE: KJI not necessarily present)

January 23, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 230 on the forefront. He was accompanied by KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong.

January 24, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 301 honored with the title of Kum Song Lifeguard. He was accompanied by KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong, secretaries Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun and first vice department directors Jang Song Thaek and Kim Hi Thaek of the C.C. of the WPK.

January 31, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 243. He was accompanied by KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong.

February 1, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il visited KPA unit 2744 honored with the title of O Jung Hup's 7th regiment and congratulated its servicepersons on the Lunar New Year's Day. He was accompanied by Kim Yong Chun, chief of the KPA general staff, Kim Il Chol, Minister of the People's Armed Forces, and KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong.

February 1, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il enjoyed a performance given by the Korean People's Army Song and Dance Ensemble on the occasion of the Lunar New Year's Day. Among the audience were Jo Myong Rok, Director of the General Political Department of the KPA, Kim Yong Chun, Chief of the KPA General Staff, Kim Il Chol, Minister of the People's Armed Forces, and other commanding officers of the army and Kim Kuk Thae, Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun, secretaries of the C.C., the WPK, and others.

February 3, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA navy unit 587. He was accompanied by Kim Yong Chun, Chief of the KPA general staff, Kim Il Chol, Minister of the People's Armed Forces, and KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong.

February 10, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected the academy of logistic officers of the KPA. He was accompanied by KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and secretaries of the WPK Central Committee Kim Kuk Thae, Kim Ki Nam, Kim Yong Sun and first vice department directors of the C.C., the WPK Jang Song Thaek, Ri Je Sang and Choe Chun Hwang

February 12 (11?), 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il went round the Simwon Temple, an ancient historic cultural relic located in Sangyang-ri, Pakchon county, North Phyongan Province. He was accompanied by Kim Phyong Hae, chief secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the WPK, secretaries Kim Kuk Thae, Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun and first vice department directors Jang Song Thaek, Ri Je Gang and Choe Chun Hwang of the WPK Central Committee.

February 12, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il attended a reception given by Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Andrei Gennadievich Karlov. He received a congratulatory message and gifts (three horses) from [Russian President] Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Present at the reception were chief of the general staff of the Korean People's Army Kim Yong Chun, secretaries of the WPK Central Committee Kim Kuk Thae, Kim Yong Sun and Kim Ki Nam, first Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kang Sok Ju, KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and first vice department director of the WPK Central Committee Jang Song Thaek.

February 15-16, 2003: Kim Jong Il sent gifts to ten children on the West Sea islets of Jamae, So and Suun. (Kim was unlikely present for the event)

March 15, 2003: Kim Jong Il, Chairman of the National Defense Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent messages of congratulations to former Chinese President Jiang Zemin on his re-election as Chairman of the Central Military Commission and to new Chinese president Hu Jintao. (Kim not necessarily present for this)

March 24, 2003: Kim Jong Il has not been seen in public since Feb. 12. Kim's extended seclusion is likely related to the current nuclear standoff with the United States. Previous departures from the public eye were followed by major policy shifts or announcements. March 26 the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) will convene, and Kim should be in attendance.

March 26, 2003: North Korea opened the Sixth session of the 10th SPA with no sign of Kim Jong Il in attendance. There are rumors that Kim may be in Beijing on a secret visit, though there is no confirmation from China or North Korea.

April 3, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong il inspected Kim Hyong Jik Military Medical University of the KPA. He was accompanied by Kim Yong Chun, Chief of the General Staff of the KPA, Kim Il Chol, Minister of the People's Armed Forces, and KPA generals Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong.

April 4, 2003: Kim Jong Il Visits KPA unit 2297 and KPA unit 240. He was accompanied by Kim Yong Chun, Chief of the General Staff of the KPA, Kim Il Chol, Minister of the People's Armed Forces, and KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong.

April 10, 2003: Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il inspected flying unit 887 of the Korean People's Army.

April 12, 2003: Supreme commander Kim Jong Il inspected unit 205 of the Korean People's Army. He was greeted by KPA generals and commanding officers of the unit on the spot.

April 12, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il together with servicemen appreciated an artistic performance given by the KPA unit 324 servicemen's family art group which participated in the 6th contest of servicemen's family art groups. Seeing the performance with him were KPA generals and secretaries of the WPK Central Committee Kim Kuk Thae, Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun.

April 14, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il provided field guidance to the construction of the Kumyagang Power Station and the farm operating as a raw material base in Kumya county, South Hamgyong Province. He also visited the Anbul Temple in Tonghung-ri, Kumya county. He was accompanied by Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun, secretaries of the C.C., the WPK.

April 15, 2003: Kim Jong Il together with servicepersons enjoyed an art performance given by the KPA Merited Chorus "the Song of Korea Sung Through Generations". Among the audience were chief of the KPA General Staff Kim Yong Chun, Minister of the People's Armed Forces Kim Il Chol, secretaries of the WPK Central Committee Kim Kuk Thae, Kim Yong Sun and Kim Ki Nam and senior officials of the party and the army.

April 20, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il enjoyed a music and dance performance given by artistes of the chorus of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, the Gnesin Music Academic Bayan Concert Group and the Mikhail Godenko State Krasnoyarsk Dance Company Academic of Siberia of Russia at the invitation of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang. Seeing the performance together with him were secretaries of the WPK Central Committee Kim Kuk Thae, Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun and other senior party and army officials, officials in the fields of diplomacy, culture and art and the press and KPA servicepersons. Among the audience were Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Andrei Gennadiyevich Karlov and embassy officials.

April 20, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il met Stanislav Semyonovich Kalinin, head of the chorus of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, Vladimir Mikhailovich Shkurovski, head of the Gnesin Music Academic Bayan Concert Group, and Grigori Vassiliyevich Dzobak, head of the Mikhail Godenko State Krasnoyarsk Dance Company Academic of Siberia, Russia, on a visit to the DPRK. Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Andrei Gennadievich Karlov was on hand.

April 27, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 409 in the frontline area.

April 28, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 318. Accompanying him were KPA generals Ri Myong Su and Hyon Chol Hae.

April 28, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il appreciated an art performance given by the family members of servicemen of KPA unit 287, who participated in the 6th contest among art groups of servicemen's family members. Seeing the performance with him were generals Ri Myong Su and Hyon Chol Hae and other commanding officers of the KPA and secretaries of the WPK Central Committee Kim Kuk Thae, Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun.

May 1, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il visited KPA unit 824 honored with the title of Kumsong lifeguard to congratulate its servicepersons on May Day.

May 5, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected a factory under KPA unit 597. Accompanying him were chief of the KPA general staff Kim Yong Chun, KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Kim Yun Sim, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and first vice department directors of the WPK Central Committee Ri Yong Chol and Jang Song Thaek.

May 6, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il together with servicemen enjoyed a light comedy "Pass Chol" performed by artistes of the April 25 Film Studio of the KPA. Among the audience were chief of the general staff of the KPA Kim Yong Chun, KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Kim Yun Sim, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong, secretaries of the WPK Central Committee Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun and first vice department directors of the WPK Central Committee Ri Yong Chol and Jang Song Thaek.

May 13, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il toured the Kusul and Pidan falls and six ponds newly discovered in the ravine opposite to the Ullim falls by servicemen of the KPA. He was accompanied by Ri Yong Chol, Ri Je Gang and Choe Chun Hwang, first vice department directors of the WPK Central Committee.

May 13, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il enjoyed a performance given by the song and dance ensemble of the KPA navy command. Among the audience were KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and first deputy department directors of the WPK Central Committee Ri Yong Chol, Jang Song Thaek and Choe Chun Hwang and chairman of the Radio and TV Broadcasting Committee of the DPRK Cha Sung Su.

May 16, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 841 honored with the title of Kum Song lifeguard. He then went to the Sungri Power Station built by the unit.

May 19, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected a sub-unit under KPA unit 292 on the frontline.

May 20, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il enjoyed an art performance given by art groups of servicemen's families of KPA units 762 and 671 that participated in the sixth contest of art groups of KPA servicemen's families. Among the audience were chief of the KPA general staff Kim Yong Chun and KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and general officers.

May 23, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 1973 honored with the Title of O Jung Hup's Seventh Regiment.

May 28, 2003: Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il inspected unit 388 of the navy of the Korean People's Army.

May 29, 2003: Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il inspected unit 1174 of the Korean People's Army on the forefront.

May 30, 2003: Supreme commander Kim Jong Il today inspected KPA unit 934 on the forefront.

June 1, 2003: Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 716 honored with the title of Kum Song lifeguard. He enjoyed an art performance given by servicepersons of the company while having a pleasant rest on Sunday.

June 4, 2003: Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il gave field guidance to a farm and goat breeding station under KPA unit 534.

June 9, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected unit 855 of the KPA air force. He also visited a unit honored with the title of O Jung Hup's 7th Regiment under unit 855. He was accompanied by vice Marshal of the KPA Kim Yong Chun, Chief of the KPA General Staff, and KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong.

June 10, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il provided field guidance to the newly arranged Jangsusan (Mount Jangsu) Recreation Ground in South Hwanghae Province. He was accompanied by Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun, secretaries of the WPK Central Committee, and Ri Yong Chol, Jang Song Thaek and Choe Chun Hwang, first vice department directors of the WPK Central Committee.

June 10, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il provided field guidance to the fish farm of the fish breeding company managed by Ra Hyo Jin. He was accompanied by Chief of the General Staff of the KPA Kim Yong Chun, KPA generals Ri Myong Su and Hyon Chol Hae, secretaries of the WPK Central Committee Kim Ki Nam and Kim Yong Sun, directors and first vice directors of its departments and other leading officials of the WPK Central Committee.

June 17, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il gave field guidance to the Kyenam Stock Farm in Sinwon county, South Hwanghae Province. He was accompanied by first vice department directors Ri Yong Chol and Ri Je Gang and vice department director Mun Myong On of the Central Committee of the WPK.

July 8, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il visited the Kumsusan Memorial Palace at 00:00 to pay homage to President Kim Il Sung. Accompanying him were chief of the KPA General Staff Kim Yong Chun, Minister of the People's Armed Forces Kim Il Chol and operations officers of the KPA Supreme Command.

July 10, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il sent an open letter to all the voters across the country, thanking them for their support upon his nomination as a candidate for deputy to the 11th Supreme People's Assembly. (Kim not necessarily present)

July 14, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il 14 received Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo, who is the Chinese government's special envoy. Present there were Kang Sok Ju, first Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Wu Donghe, Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK. Dai delivered a letter to Kim from Chinese President Hu Jintao.

July 16, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 264. Kim was joined by chief of the KPA General Staff Kim Yong Chun, KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and first vice-department director of the C.C., the WPK Ri Yong Chol. During his visit to the unit, Kim spared time to watch a basketball game.

July 18, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 581 honored with the title of O Jung Hup-led seventh regiment. He was accompanied by chief of the KPA general staff Kim Yong Chun, KPA generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and first vice department director of the C.C., the WPK Ri Yong Chol.

July 20, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il gave field guidance to the construction of the Orangchon Power Station in North Hamgyong Province. He was accompanied by chief of the KPA general staff Kim Yong Chun, first vice department directors of the WPK Central Committee Ri Yong Chol and Choe Chun Hwang and members of the operation command group of the KPA Supreme Command.

July 22, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA unit 292 on the front line.

July 29, 2003: Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and Chairman of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, inspected KPA unit 675 honored with the title of O Jung Hup-led 7th regiment.

July 31, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected KPA frontline unit 669 honored with the title of O Jung Hup-led Seventh Regiment. Kim also visited a goat farm operated by the unit.

August 1, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected a company honored with Three-Revolution Red Flag under KPA unit 821 and the April 16 Goat Farm operated by KPA unit 757.

August 3, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il went to Kim Il Sung Military University honored with the title of Kum Song Lifeguard today to participate in the election of a deputy to the Supreme People's Assembly with servicepersons of the Korean People's Army. He was accompanied by Kim Yong Chun, chief of the KPA general staff, and KPA generals Hyon Chol Hae and Kim Ki Son. He was greeted on the spot by Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly who is chairman of the Central Election Committee, KPA general Pak Jae Gyong, chairman of the KPA election committee, and commanding officers of the university.

August 2, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected companies under KPA units 757 and 287.

August 3, 2003: Kim Jong Il, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, was unanimously elected to the SPA at constituency no. 649 for the 11th Supreme People's Assembly.

August 6, 2003: General Secretary Kim Jong gave field guidance to the Pyongyang Cosmetics Factory and the Songyo knitwear factory. He was accompanied by Choe Chun Hwang and Kim Hi Thaek, first vice department directors of the WPK Central Committee.

August 11, 2003: Leader Kim Jong Il today entrusted the Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee to convey a verbal message of deep consolation to the widow of the late Chairman Jong Mong Hon of Hyundai Asan of south Korea and its President Kim Yun Gu who came to Mt. Kumgang to attend a memorial service for the deceased.

September 3, 2003: Leader Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, appeared on the platform at the First Session of the 11th Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the Mansudae Assembly Hall.

September 3, 2003: Leader Kim Jong Il was reelected chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK during the first session of the 11th -term Supreme People's Assembly.

September 9, 2003: Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, mounted the tribune of honor at 10 a.m. during a military parade and a mammoth demonstration at Kim Il Sung Square this morning on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The tribune of honor was taken by senior officials of the Party, the state and the army including Kim Yong Nam, Jo Myong Rok, Pak Song Chol, Kim Yong Ju, Pak Pong Ju, Kim Yong Chun, Kim Il Chol, Yon Hyong Muk, Ri Yong Mu and Jon Pyong Ho. Seen on the rostrum were So Man Sul, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, Konstantin Borisovich Pulikovski, presidential envoy to the Far Eastern Region of the Russian Federation, and Bukenya Gilbert Balibaseka, vice-president of Uganda.

September 9, 2003: Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, received Konstantin Borisovich Pulikovski, presidential envoy to the Far Eastern Region of the Russian Federation.

October 2, 2003: Leader Kim Jong Il sent vehicles to different post offices and communication factories and enterprises across the country on the occasion of the Meeting of Officials in the Field of Post and Telecommunications. (Kim not necessarily present).

October 7, 2003: Leader Kim Jong Il today sent a message of greetings to Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin on the occasion of his 51st birthday. (Kim not necessarily present).

October 20, 2003: Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, visited a farm under KPA Unit 534, also visiting the the newly built Kunmin grain processing factory on the farm. He was accompanied by KPA Generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong, and Kim Kuk Thae, Ri Yong Chol, Pak Nam Gi and others.

October 24, 2003: Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, inspected the company named after Hero Pak Kyong Sok under KPA unit No. 821. He was accompanied by First Vice Department Director Ri Yong Chol of the Central Committee of the WPK.

October 24, 2003: Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission, again went to the forefront and inspected KPA Unit 894 honored with the title of O Jung Hup-led 7th Regiment. Kim was accompanied by KPA Generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and First Vice-Department Directors Ri Yong Chol and Choe Chun Hwang of the C.C., WPK.

October 26, 2003: Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, inspected KPA Unit 370 on the forefront. Kim was accompanied by KPA Generals Ri Myong Su, Hyon Chol Hae and Pak Jae Gyong and First Vice-Department Directors of the WPK Central Committee Ri Yong Chol and Choe Chun Hwang.

October 27, 2003: Leader Kim Jong Il today sent a wreath to the bier of the late Kim Yong Sun, member of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, deputy to the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and secretary of the WPK Central Committee. October 28, 2003: Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, inspected KPA Unit 802 honored with the title of O Jung Hup-led Seventh Regiment.

October 30, 2003: Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, received the Chinese state delegation led by Wu Bangguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China. Also present were Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice-Premier of the State Council Zeng Peiyan, Vice-Chairman and Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Sheng Huaren, Vice-Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress Lu Congmin, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi, Vice-Minister of Commerce Yu Guangzhou, Deputy Head of the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee Liu Hongcai, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Ge Zhenfeng and Chinese Ambassador e.p. to the DPRK Wu Donghe. Also present was Kang Sok Ju, first vice-minister of Foreign Affairs. Kim Jong Il hosted a dinner in honor of the guests. December 19, 2003: Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission, gave field guidance to the construction of power stations in North Phyongan Province, visiting the Kochigang Revolutionary Site in Hakdang-ri, Thaechon County, the Unhung Youth Power Station, and the construction site of Thaechon Power Station No. 4. Kim was met by Kim Phyong Hae, chief secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the WPK, and senior officials of the province, the county and enterprises.

December 28, 2003: Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, gave field guidance to the Kyenam Stock Farm in South Hwanghae Province.
