The reserved braising liquid from the Colombian Roast Beef |

leftover roast beef, sliced |

Slices of bread of your choice |
In a saucepan, place the gravy mix. Most packages will call for 1 cup of water. Measure out the reserved liquid, add enough water to make it equal the amount of liquid needed.
Cook the gravy according to package directions.
Slice the leftover beef and heat it, either in the microwave or in a non stick frying pan, or in a oven safe dish in the oven at a low temperature.
Place the beef slices on the bread and pour the gravy over top.
How many this serves all depends on how much leftover beef you have.
